personality Lawrence, how to describe dear Lawrence. Let's start off with the basics.
Lawrence is admirably loyal. Since he was a little child he had always been loyal. He likes helping and keeping promises. But most of all he hates letting people down, he might not have done all he can to be intelligent. But he would never let anyone down. If he loves you he'll go to the ends of the earth, but that can sometimes be a problem. He often does forget about people. But's not on propose.
Though he is loyal, he is very sensitive to subjects like bringing up his original parents or his original family. It was probably because he never knew them, but if you bring up touchy subjects he will ignore you. Until he gets over it, you won't hear calls, letters, emails from him, for at least a week. But when he gets over it he will apologize, etc.
He's a hard worker. Lawrence doesn't know anything except hard working. He grew up on a farm, working under the hot sun everyday. Despite getting poor homeschooling until he was in high school, he knows nothing but working hard and going full out in everything he does. It's what his father told him. But it's also to him, working hard in what you want do to do.
past
Lawrence grew up in the tiny farm town of Clyde, Ohio. A tiny town just brimming to the top with farmland. He lived with his adopted father and mother, with his several siblings. He worked on the farm harder than any other of his siblings. Lawrence was the oldest of all them and there for had responsibility docked upon his shoulders.
Lawrence worked, but he also liked to swim and ride horses. He did that in his free time, it was pleasant. He was your average farm kid. He longed for adventure, stuff outside of the farm. More than just those grueling days from inside the farm.
But he told his parents and they said he was a silly dreamer boy, like they always told him when he longed for something that seemed far out of his reach. It was terrible really. One day, he was so desperate to get going, to actually live and be free, he ran off.
That day was the day he was suppose to start being home-schooled his high school lessons. He hitchhiked his way across the states, with the pocket money he had saved up a long time to get his food and money. It took him a while to get hold of a job when he first arrived in the busy streets of New York since he had no money whatsoever he was a street kid until someone got their senses and dumped him in the orphanage.
There is something unappealing about a 15 year old boy who hasn't washed or done anything but SWEAT for a long time, so Miles was there for about 6 months before some Woman and Man adopted him. They finally gave him a proper education.
present Lawrence has finished high school, but has NOT gotten a real college education, yet. He is currently working at a corner convenience store. Lawrence still frankly lives with his parents.
He wants to go to college, he wants to be an architect or a construction worker. Hard working jobs, plus he loves designing and building things. His parents fully support his quest and are currently trying to make him go to college before it's too late but he simply replies:
"It's not to late to start anything." So he's still working at that same convenience store on the corner, waiting for something exciting to happen. Something exciting that will brighten his days. Something absolutely delightful...

book title Tuck Everlasting, By Natalie Babbit
backstory The character I play is Miles Tuck. The older sibling of Jesse Tuck in Tuck Everlasting. Miles Tuck along with his whole family, is blessed (Or cursed in their point of view) By eternal life, or simply to live forever with out dying.
When Miles explains his previous life, when they first found the spring, He says he was Married and had two children. Miles then explains his wife ran away with the children when she noticed she was getting older and he didn't age neither did his family, overcome with the thought that the family was witches.
Thus, when Winnie comes and he takes her fishing one morning, he starts to tell her how he used to take his daughter, Anna, Fishing as well.
