"Fine, fine.... I still feel bad though. .....Are ya sure?" She looked a little worried and Jeremiah laughed with his brother. "Yes. We are completely sure," both boys said together, chuckling. They finally got to American Eagle, and Jeremiah smiled as she eagerly pulled him into the store. She browsed the racks briefly, picking out some jeans and then grabbed two shirts, tossing them at Jeremiah and Joey. "Y'all should try these on...." Jeremiah looked at his, a black button-down shirt. He didn't really wear dark colors, or even nicer clothes. Usually just a neat t-shirt and jeans. He threw it on over his white t-shirt and checked the mirror. Not too shabby. He looked up as she came out, wearing a pair of dark skinny jeans. "D'ya think they would work fer ridin'?"He nodded, smiling. They would definitely work, especially since they would fit easily under the boots.

"Fine, fine.... I still feel bad though. .....Are ya sure?" He rolled his eyes, laughing at her anxious expression. "Yes. We are completely sure," he said with Jeremy. They got to AE and he watched as she grabbed jeans and some shirts, throwing them at him and Jeremy. "Y'all should try these on...." He looked at Jeremy's, a black button-down. Something Jeremy usually wouldn't have picked for himself. He looked at his. A white polo? Would he ever actually wear one? He pulled his shirt over his head and replaced it with the one she had tossed him. He looked in the mirror, tilting his head to the side. Odd.. He hadn't gone shopping in a long time. Usually his mom had to drag him along. But Charity knew her stuff. Only a few minutes and she had already improved his fashion tastes. A little scary, but pretty cool. "D'ya think they would work fer ridin'?"He looked over at her and grinned. She looked really nice. He cleared his throat, looked away and back at his reflection in the mirror. "Yes, those would probably work. Of course, if you like that style, you should maybe check PacSun too. They have ones that are actually black, which means they could be more versatile and you can get 2 pairs for $55," he advised quietly, so that the store clerks wouldn't send him dirty glares.

Charity nodded a little as she looked at both the guys. She knew how to dress them, for sure. Lordy, they looked great all gussied up. Well, sorta. "Yeah, I know, but I pr'fer the blue ones. Then I c'n wear 'em fer more than jus' ridin'. An' I already have s'me black ones." She shrugged a little, then continued to examine the two. After a moment's thought, she stepped over, adjusting collars and what-not.
She stepped back a little and smiled, nodding to herself, "There ya are. Ya both look fantastic." She smoothed out Jeremiah's collar, smiling, "Ya look good in Black." She nodded her approval, then went over to adjust joey's collar a little, "Yep. Okay, I need'ta go try on another pair o' jeans. Gimme th' shirts. I need'ta add 'em to my pile." She was definitely going to buy the shirts for them, since they were keeping her company on her little shopping escapade.
She held out her hand for the shirts so she could go back and try on some other jeans styles, just because, well, she wanted more jeans.

Jeremiah took another glance in the mirror as she spoke to Joey. He looked a lot different in this shirt, compared to his usual t-shirts.
Charity stepped towards him and adjusted his collar
"There ya are. Ya both look fantastic. Ya look good in Black." she smiled, nodding before she went over to fix Joey's collar a little.
"Yep. Okay, I need'ta go try on another pair o' jeans. Gimme th' shirts. I need'ta add 'em to my pile."
She held out her hand and Jeremiah shook his head.
"No, it's fine, Charity. We can buy them ourselves. There's no need."
He was not about to let her pay for clothing for him and his brother. It wasn't her responsibility. Frankly, it was his and he didn't want her to spend her good money on him and Joey. Not very polite.

He shrugged. To each her own.
"There ya are. Ya both look fantastic."
She fixed Jeremy's collar, then his, folding the cloth down correctly.
"Yep. Okay, I need'ta go try on another pair o' jeans. Gimme th' shirts. I need'ta add 'em to my pile."
Jeremiah shook his head, "No, it's fine, Charity. We can buy them ourselves. There's no need."
Joey pulled the polo over his head, but kept it in his hand as he put his own shirt back on. He didn't hand it to Charity.
"We can't let you get it, Charity. It wouldn't feel right. And it wouldn't be very nice of us to let a lady use her hard-earned money on us."

Charity sighed a little as they both refused to give her the shirts. She had made them try them on, so she was going to buy them. She stood for a minute, pouting silently as Joey pulled the polo off. As soon as she saw an opportunity, she jumped on it. She jumped at Joey, "Gimme the shirt!" She was about ready to hop on his back to try and get the shirt from him, and she looked over at Jeremiah, a smile on her face, "Yer next, so I'd recommend getting that shirt off." If he didn't, she would.
If she hadn't been planning on buying the jeans before, she would probably have to buy them now- they weren't meant to take that kind of abuse in store. That was reserved for after they had been purchased. It's a good thing that she actually had been planning on buying the jeans, otherwise she would have been in trouble.
She paused a second to tuck a curl behind her ear to get it out of her face before continuing her 'assault' on Joey to try and get the shirt from him. She was going to buy the dang shirts.

Jeremiah watched Charity pout with a smile. She was plotting.. "Gimme the shirt!" She demanded, jumping up to Joey.
He looked a little startled and Charity looked over at Jeremiah with a smile.
"Yer next, so I'd recommend getting that shirt off."
His eyebrows shot up and he held up his hands in surrender, before unbuttoning his shirt slowly, keeping his eyes on the spitfire before him. She could be quite intimidating and motivational when she wanted to be.
He held out the shirt to her, slightly fearful.

Watching her pout was kinda entertaining.
Suddenly she jumped up in his face and said forcefully, "Gimme the shirt!"
Joey's eyes widened. Sheesh. Scary.
He smirked down at her, then held the shirt high over his head.
"Make me," he challenged mischievously.
He knew that he had just dug his own grave, but he rather liked to make people work for what they wanted. Being difficult was just part of the package deal. Joey was always being difficult. Jeremy even said so.
He leaned back from her face a little, wondering how she would take to the challenge.

Well, at least Jeremiah had complied. It would make things easier. She reached out and took the shirt quickly before she turned back to Joey. Make him? Gladly. Of course, he didn't know that she was a cowgirl. She'd stayed on horses as the bucked, reared, crowhopped, and rolled, there was no way he could outlast her.
Okay, so maybe he could. Still, the threatening tone in 'Make me' gave a beautiful challenge. She got a smirk of her own, "Gladly." She then jumped up on Joey's back to try and shorted the distance between herself and the shirt, wrapping her legs around his waist to support herself as she reached for the white fabric.
She then realized she had been rude to Jeremiah, "Oh, I'm sorry! I didn't even say thank you. Thank you, Jeremiah." She gave him a smile, then the pause was over and her attention snapped back to the shirt, as she reached for the fabric, trying desperately to get it in her hands.

Jeremiah stared in surprise. That had been... Quite unexpected.
"Oh, I'm sorry! I didn't even say thank you. Thank you, Jeremiah." She gave him a smile, then returned to wrestling the shirt away from his brother
He nodded at her, then turned away, looking at some racks to buy him time while he contemplated how odd females were.

Joey grinned at her, waiting for the reaction.
She smirked back, "Gladly."
She then jumped up on his back and wrapped her legs around his waist to support herself as she reached for the white fabric.
He burst out into laughter and grabbed the arm reaching for the shirt with his free hand.
"Not today, miss."
She thanked Jeremiah and Joey stowed the white shirt under his own while she wasn't looking. When she looked up again, searching for the shirt, it was no longer in the air.

Jeremiah seemed to want nothing to do with the struggle Charity was in, and had turned to focus on a rack of clothes instead of herself and Joey. She felt bad, like she was embarrassing him, but she needed the dang shirt.
She tried to reach with her other arm as Joey pulled hers down, but that one had no more luck than the first. Especially since the shirt had somehow disappeared from Joey's hands, apparently it was stuffed up into his shirt. Charity didn't let that deter her too much, and so she just reached to grab hold of his shirt so she could try and shake the wad of fabric loose, complaining a little bit, "You're wrinklin' th' shirt....."
She continued to pout as she attempted to get the shirt, "Come on, Jeremy gave me his. It's no' tha' hard, jus' gimme the shirt!" She shifted her weight on Joey's back, trying her best not to shift her weight too much and make them fall over, because that would be even more embarrassing than what they were doing right then.

Jeremiah glanced behind him and choked down an snort of laughter.
Joey had a lump of cloth underneath his shirt and Charity clinging to his back as she reached wildly for the shirt. Joey was grinning like a kid in a candy store and spun around a little, trying to get her unbalanced so she couldn't get to it.
This would not end well..

Joey spun to shake her a little off balance as she wiggled his t-shirt, attempting to loosen the polo beneath it.
"You're wrinklin' th' shirt....." she said, still reaching for it.
"Well you're wrinkling your nose by pouting!" Joey shot back, beaming as the store clerks and shoppers sent them odd looks from across the store.
"Come on, Jeremy gave me his. It's no' tha' hard, jus' gimme the shirt!" she demanded, shifting her weight on his back.
He wasn't really expecting the change in weight distribution and began to tip forwards. Somehow, he managed to pry her off long enough to flip himself around and he landed on the tile on his back, Charity landing on his chest, no doubt a much softer landing.
Joey chuckled at the situation, then threw a hand to the back of his head.
Ow.
It hurt to laugh.

Charity stuck out her tongue as Joey teased her back, saying how she was wrinkling her nose by pouting, "I'll pout all I want, thank ya very much!" She blushed a little as she realized that the sales people and other customers were staring, and she called out her apologies with a small smile. Then she had turned her attention to Jeremiah, and she shook her head a little before focusing solely on Joey again. She was going to get that shirt if it killed her.
And it very well might have, had Joey not pried her off of him long enough for him to somehow flip around and land on his back on the tile. Charity squealed and then landed on top of him heavily, or as heavily as a girl of her size could land on anyone. She grunted a little as she hit him, not really sure what had happened. She then pushed herself up off of him frantically as he put a hand to his head, "Oh, Oh! I'm soooo sorry! Did I hurt ya?" The shirt was momentarily forgotten as she looked over at Jeremiah, "I think he hit his head. Whadda we do?" She bit her lip, pushing herself away from Joey so that she wasn't hovering over him anymore- she needed to give him some room to breathe.
