Sunny Sorensen loved her elder cousin dearly. He was one of the most important men- heck, people!- in her life. Therefore, she doted on him terribly. And why shouldn't she? His Mother- whom Sunny was not a fan- certainly did not. Why, if she had a son as lovely and courteous and smart and handsome as Julian, she'd fret over him like crazy. He was a lovely boy, and therefore deserved lovely things. Annnnd, she might have gone overboard with the hinting about Marlena and him possibly going on a date. At times, she could be pushy. So, in a pretty basket, she carried a Lagkage Danish layer cake.
Besides wanting to spoil her darling Julian, she be lying if she said she didn't want to have a distraction of sorts. Her new 'friend', Ari, was a very confusing boy. Sometimes she thought he liked her, and sometimes she thought he liked her, but sometimes she thought she hated him. So... this venture may have something to do with wanting to get a little advice on boys.
She would ask her Father, whom she adored. But he was technically against her being friends with any boys. ESPECIALLY an American boy. Though, Ari wasn't American, he was from the United Kingdom. She hadn't quite narrowed down where though. Ari never missed an opportunity to mention how she was sheltered and naive and dim. It was harsh. Rather annoying at times. Why, Sunny had even snapped at him once or twice. Yes, Julian would know how to make sense of that, as she certainly could not. Julian too was a perplexing boy fellow. And he was wise. So, he could shed light on the situation.
Going to the door, she knocked lightly, a happy grin spread across her face. She was an oddly cheerful and optimistic girl. In fact, it was hard to put a frown on her pretty face. Her brown eyes were doe-ish, and her hair was long, sweeping, and nearly black. Her one, cherished, danish trait was her height. She towered over many of the boys in her class, with long, graceful, legs. It was slightly dwarfed with her youthful way of dressing, which- as Ari enjoyed pointing out- was the sort of clothes an over sized porcelain doll would wear.
Ugh, why did she even bother talking to him? He could be so unpleasant at times.
But he could also be.... unconventionally sweet.
"Julian!" She sang, anxious for advice and company. "Open the door! I have brought you and your roommate a cake!" Because, obviously, he wasn't going to eat an entire cake on his own. Knocking again, she hoped that he was home. It would be a terrible shame if the lagkage's frosting were to melt. And she had worked so hard on it.
On the other hand, he could be out spending time with pretty Marlena. Which, she certainly would not be against at all.
HER OUTFIT YO!
