An Activity Check! ... Of sorts.

Hi guys! Long time no see. Happy New Year! I hope 2013 is treating you all well so far. :)

If you haven't been getting your two posts per character per month, don't worry about it. This Activity Check isn't really an actual proper Activity Check. It's just... sort of one.

Basically, your lovely staff here at OUAC want to know how you all are doing. How's school? Family? Life, in general? Are you too busy to even think about role playing? Or are you so low on muse, you know you can't post? Whatever it is, we understand completely!

What this Activity Check of Sorts is is our way of seeing who is still around. If you are around, but you have no time/muse to post, let us know that. We can go ahead and put you on hiatus, and your characters will be safe and sound. We'll go ahead and set them up at the School Of Cooperating With Your Creator. Maybe that'll get the muse flowing, yeah?

Whenever you have time, we'd love for you to post here and just let us know what you plan on doing. Which characters are you dropping? Which ones are going on hiatus with you? Do you have characters in the making, waiting out in the Application board? What's happening with them? Do you have any threads that are no longer in action? Can we move them for you?

To sum this up, we just want a quick update on your real life and your role play life. Post whenever you can. There's no rush at all. :)

so i auditioned for the musical / one-act play and hE HASN'T PUT UP THE CAST LIST YET but he's one of those i-will-find-a-part-for-everyone guys so i'll probably be involved in that all the times i can post and my mom will not let me take my laptop to school and rehearsals will be the time that i can post (not like i have much muse anyways) and yada yada busy hedgehog is busy.
i might have a couple of days off of school that i can post as much as i can but i'm probably not going to meet post quota plus my internet's going to be shut off sooner or later so yeah i'm doing fine besides everything that's happening
i love you guys and hope you don't hate me for sucking so bad

Hello!!!!!!

I am finally home from Disney and it sucks. I mean. It's nice to have mountains again. And Arizona license plates. But I miss... well, Walt Disney World. And Taylor. I miss Taylor. :(

Now that I'm back, though, I have lots of spare time. I'm not taking school this semester, because I want to get some money first. I just had a job interview at Build a Bear, and here's hoping that went well. Lots of places should be hiring around Easter, though.

I've already posted these in the Character Pound, but I dropped/am dropping:

Scout here to give you the lowdown. Basically, my life currently consists of this horribly repetitive cycle: school, work, homework, sleep. Wash, rinse, repeat, all that fun stuff. Throw in some college scholarship applications/whatnots every once in a while, and there you have it. It's a fun time, I promise.

The good news? My HORRIBLE ENGLISH CLASS OF TWO HOURS OF HOMEWORK A NIGHT OF DOOM is done with, because I'm a smartie and switched out for second semester. So that's nice. More time on my hands and all that.

The bad news? College. And work. Mostly work.

Basically, I'm going to have more time on my hands this semester, but exactly how much...I have no idea. It doesn't look like there's that much going on here, though, which makes me super sad.

I kind of have just been really "eeeeh" lately after midterms and college stuff (woo acceptance! Going to college! Alice is alive and well, and is having her hours significantly cut at both of her jobs. Now, that doesn't mean she has a whole lot of time, given that most of her time consists of being dropped off and waiting to clock in. HOWEVER, she's on her way to getting a license, and being a big girl and yadda yadda whatever. Anyway, she actually popped on to write a quick post because Amy is literally beating her to death in her brain space, and so she figured she'd post and tell you all that.

My situation is similar to Scout's. Except minus the work and add a colossal, messy, shitty breakup. It was back in September but lingered until November and I still don't feel quite right. But eh, I'm okay. I've been listening to The First Days of Spring album, so I'm good. Charlie Fink feels my pain.

I actually haven't been too busy since my classes switched around, but I know I have some scholarship and school activity stuff coming up in the near future. So I guess...I'll try to be back when the other Gatsby characters come back and we can carry out all our plottage.
