Jade, of course, is controlled by her curiosity. She follows her curiosity more than her instincts. Even if it's a life or death situation, she'll follow whatever's most interesting.
She is also very sharp towards some. Jade is only nice to those closest friends. Her enemies are in bad hands.
She has a small fuse in her head, so Jade has a pretty bad temper. She's gotten lots of detentions because she had an argument with the teacher.
Jade can get exceedingly frightened about the smallest things, and she'll laugh at the worst times. Most people think that a bit odd.
She is not always alert. Sometimes Jade can be a bit over dramatic and dreamy. For this reason, she cannot do well in school. She presently holds a straight C- report card.
Lastly, Jade is very, very funny. She can make anybody laugh at any time. Although she is pretty cold to most people, she loves to test jokes.
past Jade grew up in the very small town of Dexter, in Michigan. She lived as a happy only child for ten years... But she was just looking for trouble.
Jade ran away at least three times, due to her craving of adventure. Her parents reckoned they should move to a safer spot in the country, but, in fact, they stayed a few more years.
Three months after Jade turned ten, her mother gave birth to her little brother, Indigo. At first, Jade was rather furious. She wanted more attention than Indigo. It was only the truth. She slowly grew closer to Indigo, although she still treasures the time when she was an only child.
When Jade turned fifteen, her parents decided the best would be to move to New York. Baum had sent her mail about the school, and her parents thought it was the best bet they had. They moved into a house right off the coast of New York City.
present Jade and her family still lives in the ranch house they had bought when they moved there. They have an acre of land, so Jade's free to walk and explore.
Right now, as you probably know, she attends Baum Academy. Although Jade is rather happy to have an excuse to get away from her family, she visits them about once a month. She's made quite a few friends in Baum but prefers to keep to herself at most times.
Being as curious as she is, Jade currently holds the job of a news girl on the weekends. She loves to bike around the city and explore new neighborhoods. A lot of her fellow classmates would tease her about it, but she keeps it to herself.
Jade's little brother, Indigo, is seven and goes to a nearby Elementary School. Her Dad works at a bakery and her Mom stays home to take care of Indigo and the house.
Overall, Jade has an exciting life at the moment in New York City, for she loves to explore new sites and so forth.

backstory Goldilocks is a young, curious girl who is the main character. She knocked on the Three Bear's door, and although they weren't there, she went inside. She ate the bear's porridge, broke their chair, and slept in their bed. In the end, the bears found her and scared her out the window. ^^
