clothing style When Demi was much younger, she lacked fashion, but lately she's been dressing up more with abstract skirts & shirts.
distinctive traits Demi's most distinctive look is her eyes. They are always either clouded with dreams, begging(like dog's eyes), smiling, or frowning. Her clothes. Modern, abstract, whatever you'd call it. They pop out and stand out.

personality Demi acts like Toto; she is fast, loving, and loyal to most. She is rather cold towards strangers, but stays loyal to her real friends at all times. She loves dogs, anyhow, and will stand up for anybody. She is very protective and not so timid.
Demi can stray off track at times. She daydreams a bit too much, which causes her bad grades. Most people reckon she has ADHD and dylexia, although Demetri reads clearly, and daydreams at her own will.
The problem is, Demitri loses attention easily, and will stray off track too much. She's lost her way plenty of times, and gotten herself a detention slip a lot, too. She runs off grounds to explore, thanks to her curiosity. She will do almost anything to follow her curiosity.
Demi will run off against all means from a person she doesn't like. Whether they're her friend or not, she'll turn against them any time.
past
Demi was born June 3, 1996 on a small farm in Kansas. She ran off so many times, her family felt that it would be easier to move her somewhere else. They moved to New York city in year 2000, and she's been there ever since.
She's had a pretty normal life, although she hasn't any friends. Demi has been looking for the perfect friend for years, and still hasn't found one. She sometimes has strange dreams about a long lost friend.(Dorothy!)
She is Toto, after all, so she tends to run off in New York City, always running into a small highlight of her life. After all this, her mother died of illness, and she had been always close to her father.
present Right now, Demi lives with her family along the lines of New York City, although she doesn't live in the city. She has quite a normal life, although most kids tease her because she reads books rather than watches T.V.
She's been here for about nine and a half years, so now almost everybody around her knows her. She visits New York City quite often, so the grocery store clerks all know Demi! She lives a quite peaceful life in her small flat with her father.
family Demi's parents are Maya Dakota and Danny Dakota. She has no siblings, but loves her dog, Mops, dearly.

Demitri May Dakota brushed her tangled mess of blonde hair and pulled it into a loose bun. She tossed on a tee shirt and jeans.
Good night, New York City...
she thought to herself. She pulled herself out of bed, out of the dorm, and into the corridors. Her bright red tee shirt contrasted with her cloudy blue eyes. Taking a turn, another turn, and another, Demi rubbed her eyes and yawned.
Waking up at night was never her thing, but her stomach growled like a wolf, and nothing could keep her from food. Especially leftover steak. She walked sleepily towards the Dining hall, and most people who caught a sight of her would think she was half-asleep.
sitting down at a table, Demi hunted down leftovers from lunch and munched. The moonlight pooled through the windows and shone over her. She smiled, and a glint of warmth shown through her eyes.
Demi couldn't help thinking about Kansas. Oh, how nice the countryside was. The pigs, the other girls, and horses to chase after. She missed her Ma terribly, but, of course, she never said it aloud. Her poor dad already missed her horribly. Demi sighed and played with her food.
Not able to sit down for so long, she got up and jogged towards the door. A moon lit walk would work, although she would rather go with somebody else.
