Here's what you do.
Dare the person above you to do something with the character they posted with. For instance, the next person to post would dare Jeny to do something. It can be any sort of thing, and can be out of character. And if the person isn't a HUGE CHICKEN, they'd have their character do it in a thread.
When you complete a dare, Molly shall award you a BADASS point. There is no penalty for not completing a dare, but you shall displease the badassery Gods. So. There's that.
When doing the dare, don't just be all: 'oh someone dared this person to do it'. Don't be obvious. Come up with a reason why what's happening is happening. I believe in you all.
