personality Salvatore is incredibly protective of those he cares about. He'll never distinctly say that they should do something, but he does discretly hint if he feels their actions are endangering them. Not that he will stop them from doing fun things. Salvatore believes in adventure, he just thinks you should take precautions to be safe whilst doing so. Wearing a helmet while four wheeling, wearing a seatbelt while car racing, testing the parachute BEFORE skydiving and measuring the bungee when jumping. 'Look before you leap' is a phrase that basically sums up Salvatore.

He would do anything for his friends and family. Ask him for a favor, and he will do it. Salvatore takes promises incredibly seriously, even if the word 'promise' is not distinctly used. Actually, Salvatore takes a lot seriously. He doesn't have an open mind for pranks, sometimes has a bit of trouble reading between the lines, and can only tell dripping sarcasm. If you lie to him, or go against his highest values (like, perhaps, run away from someone being killed instead of helping) he will either have trouble forgiving you, or never speak to you again, depending upon the severity of the circumstance. It could take him years to forgive, but he would never, ever forget.

Salvatore loves to surprise people. When around him, expect fresh flowers up in the house, it to be clean when you come home, or a delicious dinner waiting for you when you get home. With Salvatore, it is always something new, and usually fun.

past
As soon as he was able to walk, he was sent to his maternal granparents to help them with their farm in Italy in the summertimes. They didn't hesistate to put him to work- gathering the eggs, feeding the animals, helping to put them away at night, etc. As he grew, so did his chores, in both quantity and difficulty. His grandmother taught him to cook; his grandfather had him turning the soil, planting, and harvesting a little, although summer ended just as harvest got into full swing.

In the school year, he spent his days learning to dance with his paternal grandmother (who was widowed before he was born). She was a great lover of dance, and had him enrolled in dance classes where he learned all sorts of dances. Learning to clean the house was also something he recieved from his paternal grandmother.

When he was four, a beautiful baby girl was brought into the world by his mother. His little sister, Valentine, seemed to him to be the most beautiful girl in the world. He loved her from the momenthe first laid eyes on her, and did hisnbest to be a good role model to his baby sister. She never did love the farm quite as much as he did, but it was okay that she was different from him. He would always love Valentine.

He decided to go to NYC when Valentine went to Baum for high school. He spent his senior year with her at the school- he always de worry about his baby sister just a little too much.

He also is in NYC because he still isn't sure what he wants to do with his life, a subject he is very touchy and concerned about it. The older he gets and the more he learns, the less he feels he knows about the world, and the less certain he becomes about what he wants to do with his life. Maybe he'll find the answers to his dreams in New York.

backstory Romeo and Juliette were the heirs of two feuding families. They fall in love at a party- loving each other from first sight. They are married by a friar who wished to mend the feud through their marriage. Romeo then goes through a series of misadventures during which he murders Mercutio (a person from the family of the Capulets) ad Paris (the young man Juliette's father wished for her to wed) and becoming exiled from his home city. When he hears Juliette has died, he returns to the city, risking his life to see her body. He poisons himself at the foot of her casket. In reality, Juliette was only drugged.
