personality Vladimir is calculating, cold, and always gets his man. He never gives up, but doesn't exactly snap up to volunteer either. He's not exactly anti-social, but doesn't have a lot of friends.
He has a very strong work ethic, and is always doing something, whether saving the good people, or beating up the bad ones. (In his opinion, of course. He doesn't think much of the opinions of others.)
Vladimir is also very careful about his health. He never smokes, and keeps a very close watch on his diet. His only bad dietary habit is lots and lots of alcoholic drinks. (When "absolutely necessary.")
past Born in Russia, Vladimir lived in Moscow during his childhood. His parents were fairly affluent and gave him a superb education, where he picked up English, as well as French, Spanish, Mandarin, and Afrikaans.
Joining the Russian Mafia when he was 17, Vladimir became an effective hit man. But he was rebellious, and soon was thrown out of his mafia, forced to leave the country. He moved to New York at the age of 20.
Vladimir has had jobs as a language teacher in several schools, in various languages. He's also worked as a policeman, and a security guard. None suit him very well.
present Currently, Vladimir works as a night guard in a prison in the city. The pay's not great, but he feels as if he's helping the good guys.
That said, he doesn't like the long hours, and would take any other job, especially one during the daytime, in a heartbeat.
family Back in Moscow, Vlad left his mother and five sisters. He isn't married, and has no girlfriend to speak of. He has never contacted his family.
