personality In general, Fiona is a kind girl. She often goes out of her way to be nice or help people who need it, even if she doesn't know them, and she's known to be a kind of pushover. In spite of this inherent sweetness, though, she never acts as a door mat. Fiona has a keen sense of when she's being used and when someone sincerely needs something, and if you try to use her like that, she won't take it very nicely.

A natural charmer, Fee isn't the kind of girl to go a long time without a boyfriend or a fling or what have you, and she has the nasty habit of overlooking the fact that she sometimes takes boys who are already taken. When she wants someone in particular, though, she tries her hardest to get him, and never settles for less than what she wants. This sometimes means outshining another girl- or even several other girls- which she often succeeds at, and thus earns a lot of disdain from other girls. The few times she fails, though, she's prone to being envious and very, very angry.

Although she's small and pretty and sweet, Fiona packs a temper like no other. She doesn't react through petty rumors or empty words; if she looks like she wants to punch you, she probably will. Her no-holds-barred personality can sometimes get her into big trouble, which can make a few bad impressions, depending on the circumstances. Nevertheless, she isn't familiar with regret, and she isn't the kind to be easily intimidated by big problems.
past Up until a few years ago, Fiona knew no place but Ireland. She was born there, and so that was where she stayed, until her father died when she was sixteen. After that, her mother decided to take the kids and everything they owned to New York as a sort of fresh start, to try to better life.

Although their mother went back to Ireland, Beck, Enya, and Fiona opted to stay in the U.S.; Fiona was going to college, Beck had found himself a good job, and Enya was just getting used to American high school. It was hard at first; they all had to get small, menial jobs to scrape by. Fiona did her damndest to take care of her family, scrounging and driving hard bargains in order to feed them for the rest of the month. This made her more familiar with the harder parts of the world, and she isn't afraid to face them.

In contrast to her more recent hardships, Fiona's childhood was wonderful. She was always a happy child, running and playing, well-raised by respectable parents. Maybe they were a little too indulgent with her, as she now finds it agitating when things don't go her way, but who doesn't spoil their kids?
present Now, Fiona is a full-fledged college student, living in the dorms and enjoying every minute of it. She visits Beck and Enya at least once a week to check on them, and always makes sure they're doing alright. Her small-time job barely brings her enough money to live off of after paying off what her scholarship doesn't cover, but she always puts her family before herself no matter what.

Being a chemistry major, her schedule is in constant limbo, homework and studying fluctuating with family, friends, and work. She likes being busy and seeing people, having always been a talkative girl with a distaste for idleness.

She makes herself think she loves Ashley, but marries Rhett for his money and to make Ashley jealous. After the loss of a beloved child, the War, the death of the only Great Lady she ever knew, and the realization that she doesn't love Ashley, Scarlett runs home to Rhett to tell him that she loves him.. Only to find that he doesn't give a damn.
