personality Parker is arrogant, stubborn, angry, and a little dense. She doesn't think things through and will just do what she wants. She likes to be commanding and in control. She is hot-headed.
The tempermentalness aside, Parker thinks that she is smart and witty. But really....no. Just no. She likes to create chaos for her own amusement. And THAT is what she is good at. But she never means to cause horrible things to happen. She just brings the chaos to the line, but lets it die off before it becomes... illegal.
Could Parker possibly have a kind, caring side? HM? A little. If she finds a person that she considers an "equal" she will trust and protect them. What she considers "equals" are people that are

B. Immune to her chaos.

past Parker did not live in the UK for a long time. Her parents were very busy with their work all the time and had no time for her. She had no friends, nothing to do, no one to love her. So she made chaos. She stomped on anthills, drew on the walls, and made a mess of the house at a very young age.
Soon she was sent off to a boarding school in Italy, at only 5 years of age. She lived with her aunt there and did not see her parents after that. Ever. She caused so much trouble in her school just during her kindergarten year (picking fights, wreaking havoc) that she was kicked out and was home schooled.
After her slightly stable years of homeschooling all the way through high school, Parker decided to move to New York and start a life of her own. (Mostly so she could have more freedom to cause so much fun chaos.) She tried to go to college at her new home but got angry with it and set out to open a "School of the Sword"

backstory Tybalt is a nephew to Lord Capulet and a cousin to Juliet. He hates Montagues and is an amazing sword fighter. Later in the story he kills Romeo's close friend Mecrutio during a duel. The was perhaps and accident. But, the death enrages Romeo, who then kills Tybalt.
