Rose rolled onto her back, murmuring to herself. "'Hello, I'm Rose, Guillermo's girlfriend...'" He grinned as she closed her eyes in concentration. "'I'm sorry, the drink does look tasty, but I don't think my boyfriend Guillermo would appreciate it much'... 'Bitch, step off my boyfriend, Guillermo'..." Opening one eye, she smirked at him, shrugging lightly. "Hmm. I suppose it doesn't sound awful..." "Well, gee. Thanks, Rosie." She yawned and nestled in between his chest and arm, then she kissed over his heart. He sighed softly, smiling down at her eyes beginning to close. "Alright. I'll be your girlfriend." The last thing Guillermo remembered was kissing her forehead as she fell asleep.
It was the most wonderful sleep Guillermo had ever had. He hadn't slept so well since he was a child. His warm, comfortable sleep was interrupted when he heard Rose talking. Was she talking to herself? He felt her shift her weight and he cracked his eyes open, instantly shutting them again, blocking out the light. "I know you're just being a nosy bastard." Rose's voice growled. Who was being a nosy bastard? "Tell him through a series of misadventures I stayed up til five getting a boyfriend." Tell who- There was a loud laugh, but it crackled slightly. She was talking on the phone. "Yeah, that's believable." Oh. Hiro. "It should be. It's what happened." Her voice dared Hiro to doubt her. There was sudden silence, then Hiro began to yell into the receiver. "Wait.. ARE YOU SERIOUS?" He winced. Ow.. loud. "Is it Guillermo? Is he there?" He hid a smile at Rose's sigh of exasperation. "I'm hanging up now. Make sure you check the motor in the Ryder car, it's making some strange noises-" Hiro wasn't paying attention. "GUILLERMO, YOU ARE THE MAN-" Guillermo started to chuckle softly, imagining Hiro hollering gleefully into the phone as Stefano and Fernando looked on, bewildered. "-Kaybye!" Rose sounded impatient and she hung up, pulling the blanket over her head sleepily. Then she leaned toward him, nuzzling into his arm, kissing it lightly. "Mornin." "Good morning, Sunshine." Guillermo grinned at her, then started humming softly. She always made him think of that one song by Steve Holy. His dad had listened to a lot of country over the years. "Good morning beautiful How was your night Mine was wonderful With you by my side And when I open my eyes And see your sweet face It's a good morning beautiful day" He sang it quietly, wrapping his arms around her, warm and comfortable and safe in her bed. Guillermo seemed to take Hiro's excitement with good humor, unlike Rose who wanted nothing more than to return to sleep. "Good morning, Sunshine." He said, pulling her into his arms. Cheery bastard. She couldn't help a quiet grin as he hugged her close.
"Good morning beautiful How was your night Mine was wonderful With you by my side And when I open my eyes And see your sweet face It's a good morning beautiful day"
She suppressed a chuckle, rolling her eyes instead, as she poked her head out of the blanket. "Ew, you're not going to become a morning person, are you?" She groaned quietly, her eyes smiling. Rose laid her head back down, listening to his heart beat pat slightly beneath her ear. It was peaceful, like a metronome. Bump, bump, bump.
Was this what it was like? To be a girlfriend? It wasn't bad. But she still felt like she should be saying something. Something to let him know she was still on board. "Umm..." She traced his sternum, more or less for something to do. "So... quite a night last night." She sat up slowly, looking at his face for some sort of sign. Rose wasn't sure what sort of sign. He looked blissful. Cautiously, she kissed his chin, more testing herself then him.
It felt okay. Everything was okay. "We should just stay here all day." It sounded more like an order, which she hadn't meant for. She smiled, trying to soften her words. "Maybe?"

Rose poked her head out of the blanket, scowling in a teasing way. "Ew, you're not going to become a morning person, are you?" She groaned quietly, laying her head down on his chest. He smiled, raising an eyebrow. "I don't think so. And anyway, it really isn't morning anymore." He stared at her as she seemed to struggle for something to say. "Umm..." She traced his sternum lightly. "So... quite a night last night." He mimicked her cautious, polite tone. "Quite. Very eventful." She sat up slowly, watching him carefully. Rose kissed his chin, and he pulled her closer for a proper kiss. Silly girl. "We should just stay here all day. Maybe?" Her commanding voice became meek suddenly, turning the maybe into a question. Her big blue eyes stared into his brown ones. His eyes crinkled at the edges when he grinned. "Well, what are we supposed to do in bed all day?" Guillermo considered for a moment. Every possibility sounded fantastic to him.

"I don't think so. And anyway, it really isn't morning anymore." Rose scrunched her nose, as if to say touche, and let it slid. His tone matched hers, and she got the distinct impression that he was teasing her. "Quite. Very eventful." He kissed her deeply, if not with some impatience at her caution, but he still didn't seem all that shocked. Well, at least he knew what too expect. And he didn't seem all that put off, as his smile grew wide that it swept his chocolate eyes up in it. "Well, what are we supposed to do in bed all day?"
Rose sat up, running her fingers through her hair in attempts to tame the tangles that had formed. "Oh, I'm sure we could find something to do." Her smile was a little suggestive, though she wasn't quite awake enough for what it was proposing. "We could watch kung fu movies and eat toaster strudels for all I care. I just don't want to put on pants." Her legs slipped out of the covers, and she raised it in the air, as if saying 'see, naked legs!' She lowered it, slithering it around his waist carefully, grinning.
She closed her eyes, feeling the calm sweep over her. Calm was nice. Different, but nice. A small smile played on her lips, as she sank back down in the bed. Her face rolled to lay on him, and the smile sank to a more contemplative look. "¿Está seguro de que puedes manejar a tiempo completo? oigo soy difícil de manejar." Rose's eyebrow arched, and she laced her fingers between his carefully, watching his face closely.

Rose sat up, running her fingers through her hair in an aggravated way. "Oh, I'm sure we could find something to do." Her mischievous grin was beautiful and a bit sly. "We could watch kung fu movies and eat toaster strudels for all I care. I just don't want to put on pants." Rose's legs slipped out from under the covers, and she raised one in the air. He bit his lip lightly, grinning at her. "And that is just perfectly fine with me." She lowered it, slithering it around his waist carefully, the sly smile still gracing her face. Guillermo swallowed hard. God, why was she so beautiful all the time? Rose laid down again, relaxing. "¿Está seguro de que puedes manejar a tiempo completo? oigo soy difícil de manejar." Rose's eyebrow arched, and she laced her fingers between his carefully, watching his face closely. "Puedo manejarlo." He left it that simple, no doubt in his mind that he could overcome the challenges they faced.

"Puedo manejarlo." He answered, as she unlaced her fingers and rested her palm on his. His hands were bigger than hers by about 3/4 of an inch. She held the hands up, inspecting them closely, her eyes growing more and more awake. So, he could handle. That was good. It was necessary. As it settled into Rose, she let out a comfortable smile, tracing her index finger from the very tip of his middle finger, down to the middle of his forearm.
"Good." She said, simply. Rose pulled him close, kissing his neck. "Because... I love you." She whispered into his ear, kissing him quickly before hopping over him off the bed, giving him a quick wink.
She really wished they had brought that pie over here. Pie for breakfast sounded amazing. And she had no skills in cooking, so the promise of toaster strudels was true. She popped them in the toaster, humming to herself, thumbing the hem of her black lace cheekies. Things were going good now. Yeah. Nothing was going to go wrong today, because they weren't going to deal with the outside world today. She wouldn't worry that Guillermo's sister hated her, or that Seth was going to either be really angry or really sad about this turn of events. Nope, that was not going to cross her mind today. She placed the toaster treats on a plate, frowning as the edges were a little black, and the inside was a little frozen. Shrugging, she grabbed the jug of apple juice, and headed back to the bedroom. Rose set the plate on the bed, grinning sheepishly. "Viola?"
She plopped on the bed, ignoring the food as she was not particularly hungry. Rose had never been a breakfast person. "So, what are you thinking? The Five Deadly Venoms or Enter the Ninja?"

Rose unlaced her fingers from his and examined his hand closely, then let her finger brush from his hand to his forearm, making slight goosebumps over his skin. "Good." She pulled him close and he smiled widely as she kissed his neck. "Because... I love you." She whispered into his ear, kissing him quickly before hopping over him off the bed, giving him a quick wink. She exited the room and he moaned, rolling his eyes. Guillermo was being torn to shreds by a girl. His friends would never have believed it. And if they ever discovered this, they would never let him live it down. He let out a quiet chuckle, thinking of Antonio, Andrés and Cecil. Their faces would be priceless. Especially after Rose would fix their cars and chew them out in Spanish. It would be awesome. He half considered calling them and inviting them to visit. Rose came back in the room, bearing a plate of toaster pastries, with black edges and frozen middles. She smiled sheepishly. "Viola?" Guillermo smiled at her, kissing her after she flopped onto the bed. "So, what are you thinking? The Five Deadly Venoms or Enter the Ninja?" "Whichever you like." He wasn't sure how well he would actually concentrate on the movie.

Rose giggled lightly as he kissed her again, and she pondered which of the movies to watch. "Well," She said, in a softly. "Enter the Dragon is quite popular, but The Five Deadly Venoms is a cult classic. And it is English dubbed, which is always fun." She pretended to continue to talk, as if she were a poorly dubbed kung fu movie. Rose touched Guillermo's face, distracted from the prospect of movies, smiling softly at him. "You don't have to eat those." She smirked a little. "It just seemed kind of girlfriendy..." She shrugged, a little embarrassed.
She got up, a little halfheartedly, going over to her T.V. "I wish we had brought that pie over. I might have been fudging it a little when I said I made it. My Mama actually made it. I just peeled and cut the apples. So... it's edible." Rose smiled, focusing on digging out The Five Deadly Venoms. "She's actually the one who... uh.. well, straightened me out I guess. Told me I'd regret it if I didn't drop the L Bomb." Rose laughed a little, trying not to let her remaining guilt show. She put the outdated VHS into the VCR, looking over her shoulder at Guillermo. "She likes you. They all do. It's not fair." Rose pouted a little, climbing back into the bed, crawling up to Guillermo and kissed his neck.
"I think they like you better." She giggled, her lips trailing up to his ear. "I've barely met any of your people. Except your sister..." Rose frowned slightly, settling in next to Guillermo. Her boyfriend. "And I get the feeling I didn't make a fantastic impression on her." She tried not to let on exactly how concerned she was about that, as the credits began to start; setting her hand on his leg and putting her head on his shoulder. It was comfortable. "Oh, I hope her and Seth didn't get into that pie. Dammit. I should have grabbed it on our way out." Oh well, it wasn't like it mattered. And if Rose knew anything about anything, with the threat of her Father gone, her Mother would be inviting them too dinner soon. Not too mention her Uncle wanting to do some celebratory dinner or some shit. He had to know by now, what with Hiro's big mouth. Rose sighed, smiling as the movie started.

Rose feigned continuing to talk, as if she were a poorly dubbed kung fu movie. He snickered at her. She touched Guillermo's face, distracted from the prospect of movies, smiling softly at him. "You don't have to eat those. It just seemed kind of girlfriendy..." She shrugged, looking a bit embarrassed, then got up, crossing to the television. "I wish we had brought that pie over. "She likes you. They all do. It's not fair." Rose pouted a little, climbing back into the bed, crawling up to Guillermo and kissed his neck. "I think they like you better." "I can't help that I'm so irresistible, babe," he teased, winking at her. She giggled, her lips trailing up to his ear. He shuddered happily. "I've barely met any of your people. Except your sister...And I get the feeling I didn't make a fantastic impression on her." He shrugged, "She just needs time to get used to you. She doesn't really trust my friends...for good reason. And my family... well.. what's left of it, is down in El Paso." He grinned down at Rose as she set her hand on his leg and put her head on his shoulder. He couldn't believe how happy he was. This felt so amazing. "Oh, I hope her and Seth didn't get into that pie. Dammit. I should have grabbed it on our way out." "Jenyfer isn't a big pie person. She's more cookies, cake, lots of sugar, you know?" She sat back to watch the movie and he sighed, staring down at her. There was no way he could concentrate on the movie..

"I can't help that I'm so irresistible, babe," It was a pretty good description, even as she scoffed amused at him. The snuggling was nice, and Rose felt a smile stick on her face, which was rare. She was more of a smile as she is amused sort of girl, but there it was, pasted on her face. "She just needs time to get used to you. She doesn't really trust my friends...for good reason. And my family... well.. what's left of it, is down in El Paso."
Rose considered this. "What kind of friends did you hang out with, Mr. Salas-Ortiz?" She giggled. Instantly in her mind, she thought of Stinky, NoGood, and Seth as boys. It was hard to picture Guillermo, who went with the flow and stayed pretty much quiet unless provoked, with a bunch like that. Hard, but not impossible. She didn't really mention meeting family. No, far too early at this point, and besides it was a truly terrifying prospect. "We're you in a marauding group of mischief makers? The Scrappy Squad?" She mused, with light alliteration. It seemed to match her merry mood at the moment.
Guillermo refered to the pie, as Rose barely watched the movie. He was far too distracting, and the urge to be a bit of a tease was coming upon her. "Jenyfer isn't a big pie person. She's more cookies, cake, lots of sugar, you know?"
Rose shrugged. "If they did, it's not a big deal. When Mama gets word we're legit, she'll be baking you things left and right. I hope you're not worried about carbs." Her voice was barely there, her hand starting at his knee and falling slowly up his leg, moving it gently into the inner part of his thigh. Though her eyes never left the television, her smile curled dangerously.

"What kind of friends did you hang out with, Mr. Salas-Ortiz?" She giggled. "Were you in a marauding group of mischief makers? The Scrappy Squad?" Guillermo beamed at her. "More or less. We -my three friends and I- were a mixture between bullies and peacemakers growing up. Basically, we made a lot of trouble, got in a lot of fights, but we were pretty respected." He smiled as Rose looked up at him briefly, addressing the food issue. "If they did, it's not a big deal. When Mama gets word we're legit, she'll be baking you things left and right. I hope you're not worried about carbs." He stopped focusing on her words as her hand slipped slowly up his leg, moving it gently into the inner part of his thigh. She wasn't even looking at him, but her smile curled dangerously. He bit his lip hard, groaning. "Rooose..." He whined quietly, giving her a playful glare.

"More or less. We -my three friends and I- were a mixture between bullies and peacemakers growing up. Basically, we made a lot of trouble, got in a lot of fights, but we were pretty respected." Rose's eyes glanced to the side at him, her smirk. Oh, that certainly made it a little easier to picture. Guillermo being a strong arm... Rose certainly knew he could hold his own. Once against her Father, and then between him and Seth where he had come out considerably less bloody, and then at The Alleyway last night...
She distracted herself from the thought of him fighting, which unsettled her (though ironically she found his scars to be incredibly sexy), and continued to torment him to the sound of broken english and death punches. "Rooose..." He whined gently, as Rose bit her lip. His glare was adorable.
"Yes?" She asked, her voice incredibly innocent. Her hand didn't stop trailing, as she looked at him with inquiring, wide, eyes. "Am I bothering you, Guillermo?" Though her face continued to remain sweet, her voice took on a more seductive tone. She leaned closer to him, biting his earlobe gently. "Well?" She purred gently, her tongue lightly grazing the lobe. "Am I?"

Rose's big blue eyes looked up at him, round and much too innocent. "Yes?" Her voice matched her eyes in innocence, despite the fact that her hand kept moving along his leg. "Am I bothering you, Guillermo?" He couldn't speak. He was trying to concentrate on watching the little Asian men on the T.V. Her face stayed sweet and innocent as a doll, while her voice was a little more sly and seductive. She leaned closer to him, biting his earlobe gently. He balled his hands into fists. "Well?" She asked quietly, her tongue lightly grazing the lobe. "Am I?" "N-no." Bothering him? Hell no. Tormenting him was more like it. But it was a beautiful, blissful torture. He leaned to her and kissed her passionately, pinning her on the bed. "Fuck, Rose. How can you do this to me?" His brown eyes darkened, steaming as he watched her. "I love you, Rose. A lot."

"N-no." He sounded deliciously tortured. Rose grinned, her face losing the innocence as he turned to kiss her, contradicting his negative. She gave a startled, but happy, gasp as he pinned her to the bed, though it was cut off by his lips pressing against her hungrily. Her back arched automatically, her heart speeding up. When he released her from the kiss, her cheeks were flushed a bright pink. "Fuck, Rose. How can you do this to me?"
She gave him a minxish grin, despite her blush, her eyes falling coyly. "It's easier than you think. You're quite easy to frustrate." She looked back up, meeting his lustful eyes.
"I love you, Rose. A lot."
Rose leaned up, her hair falling behind her, her hands wrapping in his hair as she kissed him. Being a little nibbler today, she bit his lip in very much the same fashion as she had his ear, moaning ever so lightly. "I trust you..."
It was a weird thing to say, which she knew even as it escaped her lips. It was stronger than a simple returned I love you, to Rose, since trust was so fragile with people for her. She continued to kiss him, her hips grinding slightly into him, as she wrapped herself in his embrace. Rose pulled back slightly, so that she could look him in the eyes, her breathing heavy. "I love you too, Guillermo. I don't know why I wouldn't see it before, but... It's you. It's been you."
Rose tried to think back, to when it happened exactly. It wasn't at first sight, because she still believed that was bull. But it was certainly attraction at first sight. And then time went on, and attraction turned to affection, and affection into love.

She gave him a minxish grin, cheeks pink, her eyes falling coyly. "It's easier than you think. You're quite easy to frustrate." He rolled his eyes. She would enjoy frustrating him. Rose leaned up, her hair falling behind her, her hands tangling in his hair as she kissed him. She bit his lip, moaning ever so lightly. "I trust you..." Goddamn, she was gorgeous. She continued to kiss him, her hips grinding slightly into him. He groaned and kissed her neck. "Stupid, fucking, sexy little.." he muttered frustratedly, mostly to himself. Rose pulled back slightly, looking him in the eyes, her breathing heavy. "I love you too, Guillermo. I don't know why I wouldn't see it before, but... It's you. It's been you." He smiled at her. She was so beautiful. So unsure of herself, but trusting and loving. He laughed. "I don't know how you managed it, but you got me to fall in love with you. Which is saying something, for a guy who doesn't really date." Guillermo's expression turned thoughtful for a moment. "Considering that we've made it this far, and I've met your family and all, maybe I should invite some people to come meet you. Antonio, Andrés and Cecil would like you a lot, I'm sure. Any girl who knows cars has Antonio's heart for sure. Of course, I don't think I'd let him near you then." He smiled teasingly, kissing her. "But I've got some cousins of my own also. Not a ton of family when you're short a mom, you know?"
