personality Wally is more on the eccentric side when it comes to personality. Ever since he was little, he's always been a bottomless pit of energy, never seeming to tire in front of his parents or anyone else. This hasn't changed in his 24 years of life, nor will it after 60. The most likely place you'll see Wally is at a club or party, either dancing crazy or getting up in front of everybody and singing. He doesn't seem to be thinking about what people think of him, when in all reality he wants people to think he's crazy so he'll get attention.
When he's not at parties, he'll be "chillin' in his crib", which is what he calls it. And by chillin', he usually means blaring music on his stereo and dancing and singing, and talking to no one in particular. The only time he's quiet is when he's asleep, and that's not often. This annoys some of his friends, but most people learn to either love it or get used to it, because he's not going to change any time soon.
One thing Wally doesn't want people thinking is that he's gay, because he's not. Just because he has an interest in fashion and he's a little eccentric and most his friends are girls does not mean he's gay. In fact, he never even thought of experimenting with guys. When he explains this, though, not many believe him, so usually he has to find some random chick and prove it. Which is not cool, but hey. You gotta make sacrifices for reputation.
past When Walter Amadeus Malone was born, his parents couldn't have been happier, though of course they said the same thing when the three brothers before him were born. What they really wanted was a daughter, but they would just have to wait. Again. It's not that they didn't love Wally, because they did, and they never showed any signs of not wanting him. It was just obvious they wanted a girl.
Thier solution? They kind of treated Wally like a girl when he was a kid, making him interested in fashion, not putting him in sports, styling his hair, etc. This lasted up until he turned five, and his sister was born. Of course, it was too late to go back now, and they had to continue with the path they put Wally on. Though they always told him that it wasn't okay to like boys, because they were old-fashioned and very religious in their beliefs on that particular subject. The hypocrites.
The lessons lasted and soon, Wally grew up to be a straight gay guy, which is what people seriously call him. Someone who liked girls but acted gay. He thinks they're all stereotyping bitches, but whatever. He's too busy actually being himself to focus on the people who want him to act like everyone else.
It was no surpise when Wally graduated high school and wanted to go to college elsewhere. The San Diego scene was nice, and all, but he really wanted to go somewhere where he could be a star. So he packed his things and went to college in New York for four years, then stopped.
present Wally currently resides in New York City, New York, and he loves it to pieces. It's so much more his style than San Diego, it's not even funny. He would never think twice about going back to San Diego, not permanetly at least. Though he has thought of visiting once or twice, he hasn't actually acted on his thoughts.
As stated earlier, you'll mostly likely see him at clubs and parties making a perfect fool of himself, with the full intention of doing so. That's just how he is, mostly because after his sister was born he had to practically beg for attention. So he's not used to just sitting there, being quiet, and waiting for a good time to come to him. He has to go out and find one.

The quirky character that embodies the phrase "mad as a hatter" is often paired with the March Hare, making them a dynamic duo of chaotic creation, along with the dormouse. When Alice stumbles upon them, she is invited to tea, but soon things turn crazy. Unbirthdays and jammed clocks lead to one of the best scenes of Disney's Alice in Wonderland.
