nickname Benji calls her Zee. Friends call her Kenny. Family calls her Mack (when they call).
age 17
gender Female
grade Highschool Junior
hometown Los Angeles, California
sexuality Straight, though she's very physical and often sort of gives a les vibe. Oops.
personification Tigger
status Awake
face claim Katy Perry
...appearance*
hair color Black, lush, goes a bit past her shoulders. You can tell when she's in her focus mode though, because it tends to start looking increasingly sloppy, like she just rolled out of bed and threw it in a pony tail. Because that is often the case.
eye color Bright, vivacious, sharp blue. Long black eyelashes.
build Curvaceous, but not ridiculously so. Mackenzie is a bit of a hypochondriac, and thinks she's sick often, but that's stress related. Exaggerates little things, but when is seriously ill she will down play the hell out of it to stop people from worrying.
height 5' 4"
clothing style It varies quite a bit. Being a style monger, she loves just about everything. Vintage, futuristic, chic, couture, everything! Tends to favor bright colors and patterns. Much of her cloths are made by her.
distinctive traits Addicted to her phone, often has her camera for inspiration. MOOD SWINGS! On an epic level. For real, you tend to need a thick hide to deal with her.

personality
- Frustrating: She doesn't mean to be. But Mackenzie is one of the most contradictory people on the face of the planet. She whines about not feeling good often, but when she actually feels like death you won't hear a peep. She claims to like everything, but is a ridiculously picky person in all walks of life: Food, boys, music, etc. She'll be a sweetheart one moment, have a tiny thing go wrong, and be a total bitch for the rest of the day.
- Passionate: Mackenzie has such a passion for life, and when she is doing her passions, you can see the joy wash over her. Under the ideal circumstances, you get glimpses of Mackenzie's true self: Fun loving, bouncy, flirty, confident. Where you can completely see it is her cloths.
- Lonely: Mackenzie is use to being alone. Her parents were divorced when she was just a toddler, and both were busy with whatever career there were making. She often felt like a burden, and did her best to stay out of the way. It makes her sad, deep down, despite her claim that she doesn't mind it. That it made her independent. Which is true, though it's often to a fault.
past
Mackenzie didn't exactly have the warmest start. Her parents, Daddy being seventeen years Momma's senior, were not a very good match. Momma was young, scandalously young actually, at 18. And beautiful. With big dreams to match that beauty. Unfortunately, getting knocked up by her boss was not in the game plan. Doing the honorable-ish thing, Jordan married his squeeze, and they were happy. For about two weeks. Jordan gave her two weeks of fidelity, before those pretty models caught his eye, and this on top of the disappointment of not being a huge super model made the marriage last for a whopping two and a half years.
For their faults, Mackenzie is sure her parents love her. Neither were really meant to be parents though, and that much is obvious. Mackenzie was pushed off on nannies, and (usually) remembered for birthdays and if she was lucky holidays. She did find solace, in her Father's assistance son, Benji. He was as shy as she was confident, as lax as she was highs strung. They were countered each other well. Especially since he had a flair for sketching. The two would spend hours hard at work, Benji sketching up ideas that would pop into Mackenzie's head, sitting with her as she carefully brought them to life. There was the issue of being on the opposite coasts as Benji, but they still managed to be besties.
Mackenzie got to watch the glamorous people, growing up. Her Mother might not have made it as a model, but as a Hollywood Hostess, none could compare to Annette Blaire (keeping her married name, as it rolled off the tongue better than Roth). This paired with her Father's influence, made Mackenzie an often dealt with stowaway for parties and galas.
present
Using her family name, Mackenzie works hard to try and put herself out there in the fashion world. She gets as many people as possible to wear cloths that she makes, just so that someone will be like: 'Oh, where'd you get that?' And they'd get the reply, 'Oh, It's just a Zee Blaire design.' Being an epic worker bee, Mackenzie tends to over extend, and on a three day sewing binge, she finally cracked.
Her favorite book character growing up, Tigger, starting making little appearance. He encourages her, often, to go and have fun. To go and be wild. To go and flirt, and take chances, and fall in love. And while it's not like she hadn't heard that before, it was a little startling to hear all that from a cotton filled Tiger. Tigger. Whatever. She attempted to tell her Mother, which gained the accusation of trying to get some attention, which lead to the question 'Even if I was, what's wrong with that? Seriously, how often do I request attention?' Which lead to a fight about being ungrateful or some nonsense, which lead to Mackenzie jumping coasts and moving in with her Father, where she would attend Baum Academy with her BFFL Benji.
Voila.
family
Jordan Blaire:: Talent agent, rarely home. Loves his daughter, but is incredibly busy. (49)
Annette Blaire (nee Roth):: Divorcee of Jordan, lives on the other side of the country. She had the makings of being a very successful model, but ended up pregnant by her manager, which squashed that. (35)
Bianca Carmichael:: Jordan's sour and over worked assistant. Not very fond of Mackenzie, but what can you do. Mother of Mackenzie's BFFL Benji. (43)
Benji Moore:: BFFL, and one of the main motivators for leaving Los Angeles. Benji is Mackenzie's main constant, as everyone else in her life is so busy. He is one of the few people who can force Mackenzie to sit back and relax once in a while. (17)

- Old movies, classic movies. Is a total Indiana Jones nerd, but not the Crystal Skull one. Fuck that movie. The other ones though, epic.
- Tackling people. She's kind of a snuggler.

- Taffeta. Gross.
- Being alone.
- Feeling tired, sore, sick.
- Guys with long finger nails. Sick.

book title Winnie-The-Pooh
backstory Tigger is introduced in Chapter II of House at Pooh Corner, when he shows up on Winnie-the-Pooh's doorstep in the middle of the night, announcing himself with a big bounce. Most of the rest of that chapter is taken up with the characters' search for a food that Tigger can eat for breakfast - despite Tigger's claims to like "everything", it is quickly proven he does not like honey, acorns, thistles, or most of the contents of Kanga's pantry. In a happy coincidence, however, he discovers what Tiggers really like best is extract of malt, which Kanga has on hand because she gives it to her son, Roo, as "strengthening medicine".
From that point on, Tigger lives with Kanga and Roo in their house in the northeastern part of the Hundred Acre Wood near the Sandy Pit. He becomes great friends with Roo (To whom he becomes a sort of older sibling figure), and Kanga treats him in much the same way she does her own son. Tigger also interacts enthusiastically with all the other characters — sometimes too enthusiastically for the likes of Rabbit, who sometimes seems exasperated by Tigger's constant bouncing, Eeyore, who is once bounced into the river by Tigger, and Piglet, who always seems a little nervous about the new, large, bouncy animal in the Forest. Nonetheless, the animals are all shown to be friends.
In addition to chapter II, Tigger also appears in chapters IV, VI, VII, and X of The House at Pooh Corner, and is mentioned in several others. He is the only new major character to be introduced in The House at Pooh Corner; all of the others had been established in the earlier Winnie-the-Pooh book.
