Con; She heard a voice in her head and couldn't complain about it to anyone

Pro; Delilah had AMAZING hair.

In fact, Delilah was at the salon that day to get more products for her long blonde hair. Delilah Punzel always complained about not having any money because college sucked her earning right out of her paycheck, but in reality, Delilah had a third part time job that paid for all her hair products. No, she didn't go through multiple cans of hairspray or anything, Delilah just had multiple shampoos, conditioners, leave-in conditioners, anti-friz serums, declarifying shampoos, keratin treatments, and heat protecting sprays, and there was always a new one she could get.

Like today, Delilah had left her college campus to check out a new brand, organix. They claimed that their coconut milk shampoo had all natural coconut extract, egg whites, and other organic ingrediants. It seemed promising, so of course Delilah grabbed every product the brand made. In her arms were at least five bottles. Then she saw a new shampoo made by Tigi's S Factor. It was called diamond dreams, and it claimed to have crushed diamonds, pearls, and cashmere in it. Ooh, promising. Delilah did like feeling like a princess occasionally.

Just as she was grabbing her bottle of Diamond Dreams, Delilah felt someone slam into her and all her hair products fell to the floor, some bursting open. Gasping, Delilah started to panic. So much wasted money..."Oh no oh no oh no!" Delilah looked up to see the culprit, and was shocked to see a guy with extreme hair. In her honest opinion, Delilah thought it was hedgehog-esque.

Xerxes wasn’t really, like, happy very often. It wasn’t that he was like, depressed. He was never
depressed. It was more…he didn’t really know. Just, nervousness. Anxiety. Every hour was anxiety. Every
day was anxiety. He was totally having to like, redo his makeup every like, three hours, because all the
sweat and stuff was making it run. Plus, one color eyeshadow all day was just so, like, boring.

But he’d used his last bottle of hairspray today, and, oh God, that meant the mall, and that meant
people. And that meant anxiety and terror and sweat and running makeup, and Episodes, and he hated,
hated, hated, hated, hated those things. But he’d had one this morning. He’d had one this morning,
and if he had one now, that would be like, a record fast episode. So he was probably like, safe. For
now.

Of course, now that he was like, saying that, it was probably going to happen. Just cause, you know,
karma, and stuff. Knowing his luck, it totally would. He’d be talking to some nice girl, and then…No.
No, Xerxes, no thinking like that. Why did he always like, do this to himself? Why was he always so
like, paranoid about every single thing? He really, really, really hated being scared.

But at least he was in the hair supply store. He liked the hair supply store. He didn’t have to be scared of
the hair supply store, as long as he like, stayed in one of the like, nice happy front part of the store that
wasn’t all dark and sketchy and cobweb-y and totally the place where pedophiles would hang out and
like, rape you and stuff.

Xerxes strolled down the aisle as smoothly as he could, making eye contact with two, like, totally separate people before he felt his stomach beginning to burst inside him. The sweat began to form on his palms. Okay. Okay. He had his Keratin 7.4 with Antifrizz under his arm. Now he just had to-

"Are you like, okay?" Xerxes glanced down at the like, girl who was kneeling at his feet. "Here, let me help you pick up..."

A glance at the label and his eyes widened. "Is that...is that...Giovanni Wicked Wax 2790? You know...you know that like...that stuff sucks...right? No hold at all. And like, the frizz just like, gets away from you. Here, you should try some of the stuff in this aisle." He pointed to his right.
