...basics*
name Vivienne Belle
nickname Very VERY few people, and this is mainly restricted to family members and extremely close friends ONLY, may call her Vivi. Which pretty much means Delilah called her that, before the misunderstanding, and seeing as she doesn't really have any other close relationships.
age 23.
gender Female.
grade N/A.
hometown Los Angeles, California
sexuality Heterosexual.
personification Dame Gothel.
status Dormant.
face claim Scarlett Johansson
...appearance*
hair color Dirty blonde, but she dyes it every so often. Unlike her cousin, she thinks she has to try to make her hair look almost as pretty. Because no one's hair can be as pretty as Delilah's, and it's ridiculous.
eye color Blue-green/gray, depending on the lighting.
build Not free of curves, but not really 'thick' either.
height 5'11".
clothing style Modern, usually with some sort of French influence.
distinctive traits She can sometimes be seen smoking. It's a bad habit, but a habit nonetheless.
...personal*
personality Though it may not seem like it, Vivienne does care for people, especially her cousin. It's just the way she delivers that care that seems to be the problem. If someone she loved was seen around what she thinks would be considered a bad crowd, she would address in in a very dramatic way in front of that crowd and others, likely embarrassing them and causing them to lose friends. Honestly, she really thinks this would be for the best, as they would probably take advantage of them or lead them into something that could only end badly. If her cousin was with someone she didn't think was right, she would go to any measure to end the relationship, as she so horribly displayed years ago. The words she said were hurtful and she knew it, but they had to be said. She always thinks what she's doing is for the good of the future, which is one of the problems. She tends to look towards the future instead of the present, and doesn't often take into consideration that things can change at any moment and what she thinks will happen if this is happening isn't always right.
Because her methods of care and love make her come off as a bitch, she doesn't really get much care and love in return. She has very few friends, and even her other family members don't understand her. If she knew what she was doing, she would try to change, but the fact is that she thinks her ways of fixing things and making the future better are the only ways. No one wants to get close enough to tell her any different. She does get hurt by people being so cold to her, but all in all, she doesn't know why they're being that way.
However, often times, she doesn't realize it, so her pride and self-confidence don't really take hits. Unless someone says something outwardly rude straight to her face, she'll likely rationalize things so that neither her nor the other person is to blame, merely some outer force that can't be controlled.
While Vivienne can't charm, she can seduce, and though she hates it, she'll do it if she feels it's necessary. She hasn't used it in a manipulative way since Luke and that's good, but guys have hit on her before, she she put up no resistance. It's not like she can get pregnant, after all, and it's not like she's spreading any diseases or would get one that would be any worse than before.
past All Teresa Sullivan wanted to do was get out of the house, and act. She had wanted to leave since she was 16 and still hadn't by 18. She didn't get any scholarships for college and her parents couldn't afford to send both of their daughters. But as it goes, she stayed at home while her sister was already in her junior year, majoring in early childhood education. It was obvious before this, but it seemed that Teresa just wanted a husband. She was innocent, though charming, and boys at her school fell for her. Though she never fell for anyone in return until she met Daniel.
Daniel Belle was 27 years old, almost a decade older than Teresa. He was from New Orleans and had French parents. The chemistry was instant, and they soon got married. They stayed in town for a little while, but then they revealed to each other that they both had the same dream of acting, so they moved to California, hoping to make it big. They both starred on a television show, but it was cancelled after the first season. It made them some money, though, and they got a nice house while searching for other jobs.
Eventually, Teresa got a supporting role in a feature film that made them lots of money, while Daniel got the lead in a television series. They were doing pretty well, the both of them, approaching the A-List. Then everything changed when Teresa Belle became pregnant.
She couldn't find any movie roles for a pregnant female, so she was technically on a bit of a leave. Because of this, she ate alot to make her feel better and didn't make any attempt to control her cravings. After Vivienne Darcey was born, she couldn't shake the weight and she was left with a c-section scar. Her family was always one to solve their own problems, so she refused to get a lipo suction. But it was difficult and eventually she became anorexic. The tabloids ruined her, and Daniel, saying he wasn't taking care of her. He hated that.
Daniel's show was eventually cancelled as well because of his rage on set one day. After that, it was hard to find roles because he was considered reckless and destructive and uninsurable. While the Belles still had money, it was clear that their careers were over. Daniel got a few roles in independent films and eventually a soap opera, while Teresa stayed at home and took care of Vivienne. Eventually, they hired a nanny, and Teresa was able to get her own job, though she couldn't find one that would keep her, with her eating disorder and all. But eventually, she found something, and it made her enough money for the Belles to keep the house.
It started off as dancing in a club, with the proper outfits to cover the ugly scar but not much else, and she made a lot of tips. Then when guys offered her more money outside the club for more favors, she accepted. Daniel wasn't fond of this, either, since he still loved Teresa despite being angry at their situation, but it was extra money and they needed it. But that didn't stop his rage, or his drinking.
One day, when Vivenne was about ten, Teresa came home early and in her uniform, and Daniel had been home, drinking, while Vivienne dat with him on the couch watching movies, a bit standoffish and afraid. She didn't like it when Daddy was drunk, not really. He was different.
Teresa told Vivienne to go in her room so she wouldn't have to see her mother like this, but as she stood to go, Daniel firmly placed a hand on her shoulder and she sat back down instantly.
The nanny, Lisa, who was young but good, walked out of the shower with her robe slightly open and called 'Daniel' with a tone that made Teresa instantly angry. Teresa asked her to leave. Lisa stood there, confused, and told her the truth, wondering why Daniel hadn't. Lisa nd Daniel's relationship had been open, and Lisa had met this guy the other day and swear she didn't know he had it, but she had given it to Daniel. And with that, she left.
Vivienne didn't understand what was going on, only that Daddy told her to be quiet and not say anything while he explained it.
This had all happened so fast, Daniel said. He honestly didn't know he was infected. It wasn't HIV, but another treatable STD that wouldn't spread to anyone else. While he was explaining this, Teresa kept asking Vivenne to go to her room, but Daniel kept his hand on her shoulder and made it clear he wasn't moving it any time soon. This involved Vivienne because he 'had been more drunk than he realized and thought Vivi was Lisa', and Daniel and the nanny would play sick games all the time. So it was possible that Vivienne had chlamydia.
Teresa exploded.
There was lots of screaming and she pulled Daniel off of Vivienne and pushed him away, carrying Vivienne to her room and asking her if she was alright. Vivienne was quiet. She was quiet as her mother told her everything was going to be alright and to pack her things. She was quiet as she stuffed all of her suitcases that they used for vacations (these vacations were often long and so required lots of suitcases, so she had about ten filled, counting the retired suitcases she kept for memories). She was quiet as the doctor diagnosed her with some big word she didn't understand, and as she took the antibiotics that cured her, though with a consequence. She was quiet as the police came to their new apartment and took Daddy away while he was visiting. And she was quiet all through the trial, only speaking up like Teresa told her to tell the court what Daniel did to her. Those were the only words she said for a few months, but it got the man imprisoned.
After the infection cleared, the doctor checked up on her, and had more horrible news.
Vivienne Belle would never have children.
It was devastating to Teresa, knowing that she would never have grandchildren, and eventually it became devestating to Vivienne, too.
When Vivienne was thirteen, they moved out of California, unable to deal with the memory or the high prices. Teresa had gotten over her eating disorder and decided to move to the ranch right next to her sister's. She hadn't seen her or her family for a while, though she heard that Carter made it big in country music. While she was shy around her cousin a first, she felt like she needed to protect her because she was older. She became sort of a mother to her, and was probably the most reasonable in the trio. Yes, the trio of Vivienne, Delilah, and Delilah's friend Luke.
Vivienne kind of had a crush on Luke, but she no longer knew how to properly act around the oposite gender. So she kept quiet, and eventually the feelings went away when she realized how much of a pair Luke and Delilah were. She stood back and let them profess their love for each other. Vivienne was out of school by this time and was halfway to getting her associates degree at a junior college, but Delilah called her and old her all about it. Though a little jealous considering she didn't have anyone to love, she was happy for her cousin and was set to be the maid of honor at the wedding.
Until.
Vivienne was out at a bar one day, done with college for a while, when she thought she saw Luke Johnson flirting with another girl, a brunette that certainly wasn't Delilah, she would never dye her hair. Immediately she left, angry and confused, but only with a glimpse of the back of his head and a profile.
She wondered what to do. She couldn't tell Delilah, that would break her heart! But being married to that jerk surely wouldn't have been better... It seemed Vivienne couldn't win, so she came up with another solution, one that would have made everyone happy, yes? If she could get Luke to be with herself instead, then the weddig would be called off and Delilah could find someone to be happy. And Luke could continue his ways because Vivienne didn't mind anything hurting her.
So she seduced him, using every wile she picked up on the way, and a lot of alcohol. Her hair was blonde at the time, and everyone said how shocking it was that Delilah and Vivienne looked alike for being only cousins. In the morning, when Luke woke up, Vivienne told him what happened and that she would convince Delilah he was sober and aware and that this had happened if he didn't call off the wedding. She would tell Delilah that he was a cheater and a creep and she didn't have a choice. And Delilah was the only other one who knew what her dad had done to her, so she would believe her.
So Luke called it off.
present Vivienne let Delilah be angry, because she couldn't tell her that Luke had cheated while they were together, right? So she had to say those terrible things because she was being threatened and had no other options. At least, options that Vivienne could see.
She was devastated when Delilah went off to New York, leaving her behind. She didn't understand what she had done wrong, but it was pretty clear when Delilah's album "The Road" came out. She realized she needed to apologize and make up, because it had been a few years and Vivienne had no other person to talk to. She was never very good at making friends, unfortunately, and the incident when she was ten made it worse for her.
So Vivienne packed her things and headed for New York, and found an apartment near Barrie University, where Delilah was attending college. She has yet to catch Delilah alone without the people following her around, and has yet to make her presence in New York City known. Vivienne got a job as a bartender at some club. It's made her never want to drink again, seeing how those people act.

- Gardening. It's her favorite hobby.
- Her French heritage
- French culture
- Old movies. It seems movies have lost their... magic as years have gone by.

- New movies
- Newer music
- Country music. The only country artists she can stand are, of course, her uncle and Delilah.
