Will, generally, was not one for girls. They were catty, they were gossipy. They often were interested in Freddie Foster. And Will, being the teeny tiny ball of fire that she was, found all three things deplorable. Honestly, boys were just less trouble. Take Freddie for example: It was always clear what he was thinking, he was laid back and chill, and there was no competition in the girlish sense. Somehow, by magic completely un-understood by Will, she had found that in someone. But someone with, you know, boobs.
Lee was an even bigger tomboy than Will, which was nice. Rare was the chance to be the most feminine person in a group, even when just with RJ and Freddie- RJ tended to take the cake on that one (loljkkinda). Will might have a general disdain for the hottest trends, but she did attempt with her cloths at least. Comfort was forefront in her mind, yet she made an effort to match and keep her cloths clean. Even apply a bit of light make up here and there. And luckily, Lee wasn't one of those uber tomboys who snubbed their nose at everything feminine. She was as content to let Will wear her semi-pretty cloths, as she was to wear her informal attire.
The girls were comfortable with each other, which Will liked. Comfort was one of those qualities that Will looked for especially. Yet, sometimes comfort had it's down sides. Like the fact that Will was so comfy cozy, she didn't put up her wall when concerning certain feels she might be feelin for a certain Mr. Foster. As she raised her hand to catch the ball flying to her, Will couldn't help the warm blush spreading to her cheeks. Figures. She wished she had a scarf on today, so she could bury her face in it a bit. Stupid her, going for the ear muffs and hoodie for the day. "Was he?" Of course she noticed, despite her hardly believable off handed reply. Freddie had quite the perfect set of flanks, as sports had been most kind to him. Muscular, round.... They'd been the eye candy to Baum Academy's junior class.
Tossing the ball back, Will attempted to keep it casual. "I keep telling him to go get new jeans. He's had the same ones since Freshman year, and it's not like Arj wouldn't treat him... But, you know, it's Freddie. He likes things used and warn." Grinning widely, Will appreciated her own little joke. Used and worn.... Kennedy instantly came to mind. As much as she hated cattiness, Will was a sixteen year old girl, and was prone to bouts of hypocrisy. But it rarely extended past the trash that Freddie surrounded himself with.
Narrowing her eyes with a single raised eyebrow, Will lifted her hand to receive the ball once more. "When did you start paying attention to Freddie's butt exactly?" Oh God, Lee wasn't another one of them hounding after him too, was she?
