Sasha is extremely ambitious, persistent and determined which is can often be seen through a bit of a controlling approach to life. Not in a lazy sense however, as Sasha has never been afraid of a bit of hard work. This is obvious to any onlooker. Once Sasha has reached a goal, there is really nothing they will allow to get in his way. The key to this success is his flexibility. He is able to re-survey a situation and take a different approach if necessary, making him an adaptable and able business man.
Sasha is a fierce competitor, combined with his powers of observation and their excellent memory, he will recall facts and when necessary, bring them to the table at the time of need. Which comes in handy when dealing with know it all artsy types. He will win any argument justly, with proper facts and arguments to support his thoughts and opinions, and he'll always handle himself like a proper lady. Sasha is an expert at restoring order to a chaotic situation, by any means, even manipulation, and its rare for him not to get his way.
Because of his hard work, Sasha Minousky has made a name for himself to be who can make or break you in the art world of New York. A show at his gallery will thrust you into a dynasty of highly successful artists.
He has long since given up on permanent relationships, and instead indulges in short term trisks. He claims to be open to love, but is far too much of a control freak to ever really be in a functioning relationship. He will neglect his lover for weeks, then call them out of the blue as if they had just gone out or lunch that afternoon. However, though he has given up on his own lovelife, Sasha is fiercely supportive of acquaintances and theirs. He will give advice- asked for or not- and ship ships like they have never been shipped before.
Sasha likes to be around interesting people, especially artists. Budding artists in particular, because he so loves to watch them evolve into success stories. He really just wants to be involved with the process. Sasha wants range and variety, people who can weather the good and the bad, and who won't judge his lifestyle. And, of course, most important, is a gossip buddy.

All things considered- with being a black, homosexual, transgendered, art obsessed, Southerner- Sasha has had a pretty simple life. His childhood was quite normal, being the middle child of Christian and Louise Minousky. His Mother was a seamstress and his Father was a art museum janitor in Atlanta, Georgia, during the civil rights movement. Neither were particularly active or inactive in the movement, though they certainly supported equal rights. However they had five children to think of, jobs to keep, and a family to keep safe, so they decided to keep their heads down.
Sasha, called Alex in his early childhood, was a vivacious boy to say the least. He never had the complaint many middle children had about not getting enough attention, and he made sure of it. He was always the center of attention, always the jokester in his family. And man oh man, did he adore the limelight. He was close with his siblings, as they were all fairly close in age, especially his eldest sister Tori, who he was sure would be a prima ballerina. He adored watching her dance, and the beauty of her movements. In fact, Sasha had a great love for everything beautiful. He would go to the museum with his Father, and help his mother sew lovely garments. They often joke that they had influenced their sons unorthodox lifestyle as an adult. They did, in their own way, but he took it to a whole other level all on his own.
When he turned eighteen, he- like many other starry eyed teenagers before him- moved to New York City. Unlike them, he was an unstoppable force of nature, the likes of which were rarely met before. With the name Sasha Minousky, he rode through the city like a hurricane. Circulating through parties, he met a few aspiring artists, and consulted and managed them, slowly at first rising them to fame in the art world. Art wasn't his only business, but artists.
It was also during the eighties he grew into the drag scene. A well trained sew jocky, Sasha would shed his gangly man skin and turn into Miss Minnie, a lovely southern belle who was the life of every party she went near.
Working hard to become the person sought out amongst artists, there was no time for love, Dr. Jones. He didn't really have much patience for it, and enjoyed leading a single life.
present
With hard work, no mercy, an eye for talent, a pinch of charisma, and a lot of luck, Sasha Minousky became the IT person of art. He hosted the most fabulous art shows, and for him to be your manager was a near guarantee of fame. Of course, this does involve him being quite picky with whom he gives the yay or nay too. He rarely takes on anyone who comes to him, instead preferring to find whatever diamond in the rough he may come across.
He currently runs QUEEN GALLERY, where he often hosts various galas and parties either as Sasha Minousky or Miss Minnie. Who he'll show up as is often the subject of anticipation at such things. Despite his outlandish outfits, he's a rather serious boss. Not a ball buster, but most certainly serious. He understands art, lives art, breathes art, and has art keep him warm at night. Sasha's business is his empire, and he's always got an eye open for something new and exciting.
