She is basically the overseer of all NYC-born wishes that come through the Make-A-Wish Foundation, or at least the larger scale ones. Her employee's are responsible for the smaller ones, and she makes sure they are damn well ready to fulfill them before they get anything of the sort without supervision. She hates when people are left unsatisfied, and wants everything to be perfect at least for the children who come for a wish.

backstory The Blue Fairy in Pinocchio is the fairy who grants Geppetto's wish, though since starting Marnie(and we all know how long ago that was. -.-) I've started questioning her methods. She wanted Geppetto's wish to come true and felt he deserved it, but decided to leave it up to a PUPPET? She had the power to make him come to life and bring him back to life as a real boy, but she thought he needed proper morals first, and I began to realize that wishes aren't free when they come from her. You have to earn it, and even after you have she has conditions. Hence, Marnie has a dark side and is easily irritated or angered by certain things that don't add up in her mind, and no one gets a wish if she's angry. She's pretty good at screwing people over.
