Aisha, for the most part, has been through hell and back. Abandonded by her mother once she was old enough to talk, she traveled here and there, doing whatever she could to make enough money to get by.

Eventually she settled in New York City's Central Park. Where there she met a man named Max. With him as her adopted brother, they sort of built a family, and currently reside in the sewers beneath the park. Often, you'll catch Aisha in the park dancing. Or passing by the church with curiosity.

At first, she seems a bit cold. Guarded. It takes a little bit to get her to warm up, and she doesn't talk about her adoptive family much. There have been some issues, and for the most part they seem to have temporarily gone their separate ways. That's only the nature of the beast--however she's quite lonely.

Angel-Rose, or AR as she prefers, is a bit shy. She suffered extreme bullying throughout middle school and high school because she developed faster, and a little better than most of the girls in her grade. Her home life isn't something to be admired either, and when she was young she hurt herself to cope.

She doesn't show very much skin, if any at all. Her shoulders and upper arms are covered in self-harm scars, as well as some parts of her upper thigh. Senior year seems to be going better than the previous years, and she hopes to make a bit of friends. Despite the grunge-hipster sort of stigma that floats about her.

AR is a nice girl, into classic rock and underground bands. She enjoys poetry and drawing. Keeps mostly to herself, but she could probably do with friends that don't really suck.

Unfortunately, Curtis isn't an only child. He's got an identical twin brother--maybe you've heard of him? The infamous Crane brother--Caspar. Either way, Curtis is the golden child of the family. And that's fine with him He utterly loathes his brother--yet he still loves him. He just wants his brother to be better, smarter. Less of a jackass.

Either way, Caspar now lives with their mother, but both boys are forced to go to school together. Despite Curtis claiming he's the better twin, he can be just as much as a pretentious ass as his twin. Though, he's less likely to flaunt it. You're only going to notice it if you read between the lines.

Curtis is supposed to be the more popular twin, BUT EVERYONE SEEMS TO BE LOVING ON HIS USELESS BROTHER. So he could deffs use some lovin's. Like, duh. He enjoys music as well, and is extremely talented with the violin, though he hardly plays for anyone. He's not even sure if Caspar knows he still plays. He's quite fluid, and can be found in mostly any place, with any person.

Because she feels that first impressions matter, she tends to try and keep herself as put together as she can. But she's witty, and quite funny. For those that get to know her, she's really quite relaxed, and nothing like she first gives off. But don't try to tell her that.

It would be wonderful to have a William Darcy that ends up in most of her classes, and basically gets under her skin, and calls her out on certain things. She could do with having her feathers ruffled.

Gerdy's father bailed, and her mother died. For a short while, she was in the custody of her grandparents, but her grandfather was killed in a car accident, and her grandmother was put in a nursing home shortly after.

With no family to look after her, she became a ward of the state. Bouncing from home to home, stealing for the fun of it, and generally causing trouble. Though she doesn't ever do it maliciously. The Carpet is awakened, and with it Gerdy has found that she has the ability to fly. She keeps this under wraps, but isn't very shy about using her powers when she needs or wants to.

She's a bubbly, energetic girl who finds that she can get along with just about anyone. Her friends tend to be guys, and it's quite easy for her to develop crushes on them, especially when it comes to one named Dan Kaplan. However, Gerdy doesn't usually realize it. And she usually sets herself up to be hurt.

Intending to get his mind off of things, but stayed longer than he meant to. When he returned, he had a newly awakened spirit, a mischievous little cat named Figaro. He's never too far from Cleo, and even though he won't admit it--he's quite wrapped around his finger. At times he doesn't seem like the brightest tool in the shed, but he does his best to make people laugh and smile. Frankie had some problems, and he brought one of those to his bed. And just as Jennie was going to tell him they were expecting their first child---she caught him in bed with another woman. It had been the icing on the cake, and she packed her bags and filed for divorce.

She left with her son, and moved to New York to persue her career, while raising Dominic. Unfortunately, the past has a way of catching up. And Frankie found her, and found out he had a son. Needless to say, it's been hell for Jennie. Especially since she has reason to believe Frankie is back on drugs.

Jennie is a kind woman with a no-nonsense kind of attitude. She gets quite exasperated with her son at times, who acts much older than his few years. She works hard, and sometimes feels she doesn't have enough time for him. Additionally, she doesn't have much time for a life either. She's a funny woman who likes to laugh, and who likes to have fun. Though she feels guilty for it, because she should be spending time with Dominic instead of out partying.

It would be good for her to meet someone that could open her up, make her feel loved and get her to relax. Perhaps a bit of conflict in the love department would be good too.

One night, things got out of hand and right into Jamie's hands.

A few months later, she discovered she was pregnant. Trying to keep it a secret, but unable to cope with seeing Jamie and her romantic competition, she moved to Buffalo, New York where she gave birth just a few weeks after. With the help of a sweet elderly couple, she raised her daughter for six months, before she decided to finally chase that pipe dream.

It's not as easy as it sounds. She moved back to New York, New York. Also...back to where Jamie was. She hopes for him to build a relationship with his daughter, and help her figure out where their lives are going to go.

She awoke a long time ago, and unfortunately that brought along some....hairy situations. Every full moon, she turns into a large, white wolf. She's usually able to hide in central park, but in her human form? It's granted her a bit of strength, a strong sense of territory, and a puppy-like quality.

Though she might be smiling at you, it's probably best not to trust her. She has a pack mentality, and will defend those closest to her. Even if that means ripping you limb from limb and licking the bones clean. It's best not to cross her, or get on her nerves.

It would be good for Mata to more-or-less build her pack. A group of misfits. She's not likely to hang out with high-school misfit wanna-be's. Mata's a criminal, though she doesn't view it that way, and has no time to be raisin' pups.

After a particularly bad break-down, featuring her obsession, RJ--a young man named Christian found her. He helped her polish up her outsides, clean her up--teach her grace, class, and charming wit. He didn't make her the perfect girl, but he made her into a woman. A real woman--one who shouldn't be teased. A femme fatale of sorts.

Pickle is still Pickle underneath, and despite her new friend's teaching--she is the biggest sweetheart. She likes to share her cooking with her friends, and always give someone a shoulder if they need it. Recently, she's become closer with a boy named Tyler Carter. And has even felt the stirrings of a crush.

When you think of stereotypical hippies--you get Siobhan's parents. Living in an RV, moving from town to town--they managed to avoid the system. Live under the radar. She's the youngest of three, and her siblings all went off their own way to follow their dreams. She hasn't heard from them since. And like them--she decided to settle in New York.

She hasn't heard from, or seen her parents either. And she's quite okay with that.

Siobhan's a very strange individual. She doesn't have a problem with anyone, and seems to have a very dreamy way of speaking. Also, she seems to be stuck in the 60's, with not a very good grasp on anything in the modern world. She's trying though.

Something she can't get out of her mind though, is Steffan. A very sick little boy she met when she was a little girl. She assumes him to be dead(but there's a nifty plot around these two, so you should check it out), so she doesn't think on it TOO much.

For some reason, unbeknownst to her, Siobhan doesn't eat very much. Whether it's some underlying depression over how she was raised, or the way she was treated for being a "hippie" as a child--she's developed anorexia. She's very, very thin. She doesn't have too many close friends either, feeling that people come and go too easily. It would be great for Steffan to come back into the picture somehow. Or someone else that tried to pry this little flower open.

xerxes & aisha-okay so piglet likes to wander the streets a lot at night if you know what I mean so I think these two would definitely meet at some point. I can definitely see piglet trying to enlist aisha in some convoluted little evil scheme of his (also piglet being so totally into her shhhh) because aisha’s a tough girl and piglet needs tough people for his evil treachery anyhoo yeah

aisha&kaden-similar deal here. Kaden spends the vast majority of his time wandering aimlessly around the city looking for homeless people to play cards with him, so I can totally see him running into her. If they were to play cards or get into some other little mind game, he would totally try (and probably fail) to break her. I imagine he’d see her hardened exterior as something of a challenge. They also have similar family issues, though I’m sure neither would ever admit it.

angel-rose&Tuesday-Tuesday would be SO into this friendship happening okay. Like he would literally think she was the deepest most hip thing ever and just be so fascinated and want to be her in every way. I can totally see Tuesday like adopting her into his group of friends. Literally he’s still flailing in my head because he heard the phrase “underground bands”.

jennie&kaden-so this is just this random fleeting idea that is probably really dumb and not going to work at all, but do you play Jennie’s son as well? Because one of kaden’s many money-desperate odd jobs is that he babysits. And I think kaden would identify with dominic a lot, because grew up with a single working mother and was forced to act very old very quickly. He’s spent his whole life a good few years more mature than all of his peers (and even now, in his early twenties, still believes that he is). So I can totally see him just engaging this kid in conversation and being fascinated by him and like trying to conduct studies on him and shit. And of course, lol we could see how jennie would react to that.

This attempt has been mostly futile because everyone he tries to recruit laughs at him because he’s piglet. matahari&kaden-I know I’ve been throwing a lot of kaden and xerxes in this thread but I feel like your characters just somehow click with those two you know what I’m sayin okay so anyways, if you’re looking for adult misfits, kaden’s your man. He wouldn’t be out physical causing too much actual mischief (the joints, y’know) but he would totally be that background man who like sits behind a veil of shadows in a dark office and orchestrates everything and he’d also be the money man if she’s looking for that because he likes money a lot y’know what I’m sayin. He’s at the stage in his life where he doesn’t really think he has any morals and I think being involved with shady shit with matahari would give him a lot to think on in terms of his identity and what he values and his definitions of good and evil and shit I know deep right you can tell I’ve put a bit of thought into this one.

Siobhan&jenna-so I know there’s a rather large age difference here but I still think it would be interesting if these two somehow had a thread that pertained to body image, since body image and maintaining a minimal weight was basically jenna’s life in her supermodel days. And now jenna is very insecure about her curves and femininity and all that because deep inside she’s a GUY NAMED JAY GATSBY YO so yeah these two could definitely bond over that and jenna could try to offer some seasoned life advice

Aisha & Xerxes - I REALLY want Aisha threads and I love you so much right now. But Aisha, though she does some bad things--she's good. I think Xerxes would REALLY creep her out, but if she picked up that he was into her--she'd probably toy with him and then rob him blind if she could manage is. Afterwards, she might be wary of him--but if she met actual Xerxes, I can see her just like. Adopting him in like a little bird. She has a weakness for the helpless. So it's a double-thing here. OR OR OR. What if she met actual Xerxes at first and became friends, and then Piglet was in his mind like AHA, and the next time she meets him, it's Piglet. And then chaos.

Aisha & Kaden - Aisha enjoys challenges. She might be wary if he tries to play cards with her--especially if it's anything other than Go Fish. She's not good with numbers at all, so he could smoke her. But if he teaches her how to play, she's EXTREMELY intelligent when she wants to be. The mind games could be interesting, because Aisha is kind of simple, naive almost. But catches on quickly. I think they would have an interesting cat and mouse game. SO YES, DEFF.

Eliza & Soren - This would be a good filler, I think. Especially if you wanna get some Soren posts in, and more so I can flesh out Eliza. I don't see it GOING anywhere, and Eliza can be a bit of a prude at times. It would be hilarious if she called him out on it. I think she'd find him funny, even. He might be able to get her to loosen up and relax, so he'd be one of the few that get to see chill, funny Eliza. YES.

Matahari & Xerxes - Matahari doesn't ever commit. It may seem fun and interesting at first, but pinning her down is hard. Plus, Piglet. Pig = Food. So if they can find a good balance, Matahari will dig his rockstar looks and his funny way of talking. Maybe he's trying to talk her into joining him, and she's trying to shake him off because she's about to shift. okay i kind of want angel-rose and carly to be roommates?? like at first, carly would probably be kind of snarky towards her and not talk to her, but then eventually carly would go into one of her sad spells and maybe they could bond during one of these? carly was heavily bullied too and she still gets kind of bullied sometimes and now it's like the littlest things set her off into these spells where she sits in her room and doesn't get out of bed and cries a lot. so yeah idk i just want them to not like each other at first and realize they have a few things in common and become great friends. also wicked is carly's favorite musical and she wants me to use the lyrics from that for thread titles ok

carly would probably be one of those "let's make you a cute little cucumber, pickle!!" people and take her shopping (which, carly's shopping trips usually end up in her shoving clothes in her shoppingmate's hands and sending them into the dressing room). though, carly would probably try to see what styles and colors and patterns pickle likes first and take those into consideration when she picks out clothes for her. and she would want pickle to act like herself because she's so precious who else does she need to act like?? i want them to be friends but i don't know how they would meet. vivienne doesn'tlike a lot of people but i think she would admire jennie's strength but also be a teensy bit jealous of her because she has a child oh. but yeah i can see them having a girls' night or something. i had to come up with something because hers was the only graphic in which i knew the lyrics seeing as it's one of my favorite songs by one of my favorite bands

okay so i thought about this more and i decided that maybe they could be cool and classy and have intellectual conversations about feminism and things like that while on break at work, but serenity is eventually going to kind of change. she's under the horrible influence of her roomie georgia princeton and she'll kind of wind down on the classy scale and eliza would probably eventually hate her if she wouldn't already.

hello friends outside of this whole love triangle baby-daddy drama thing!! sophie went to baum too and i think they would be in the same grade if joey was still in school? so they would have known each other probably and gotten along swimmingly in childish wonder and talkative natures. sophie would love joey's new hair and omg a baby!!!!!! and she never manages to get into much drama so i think sophie would be good for joey.

so originally i think andie would have been all jealous and protective of teach and would have not gotten to know pickle much at all but now that she has ozzie and i doubt addie would stand for this nonsense, i think andie would be cool with pickle and would totes want to be in on the freddie sabotage.

So basically you and I have major Tickle threads. They're being cute and falling hard for each other and it's adorable. We'll see where that goes. Then I think we had a Silas and Pickle thread that died a little bit. But maybe we can pick up again or start something similar.

You have no idea how tempted I am to make a Quasimodo or Phoebus. I may break down one of these days. I like Aisha though. I think she's really interesting and I've never had a thread with her. She could always come get coffee at Mug Shots and strike up a conversation with Isaac. Or Tyler could try to help her somehow and they could be kinda cute and awkward and uncomfortable. And Silas would just want on that because he's Silas..

WE NEED A THREAD WITH ISAAC AND ELIZA. Basically, he doesn't hire any girls at Mug Shots, because they annoy him, but I think that Eliza might be that ONE girl he'd think of hiring (obviously Lizzy was Mr. Bennet's favorite). Aisha and Melody: Melody has a tendency to be very inviting when it comes to letting people stay at her flat. Maybe Aisha snuck into the club and Melody found her. Melody ends up offering to let Aisha stay the night at her place. Not sure how Aisha would act but Melody and be pretty convincing. She might even promise a fun evening.

Matahari and Melody: (besides the fact that their ship name could be M&M -is so cheesy- ) Melody has a weakness for misfits. Considering most of the people she sees around the club are typical party junkies and desperate guys, she kind of has her limit. She'd be immediately attracted to Mata and probably put on some flirting moves (read as try and get in her pants).

Jamie and Jacob: Can they just like... become bros. Jamie needs some bromance.

Christopher and Shivvy: They're both bunnies. Nuff said. He could take a particular interest in her just because she's an interesting character and doesn't annoy him to know end just to be around.

Chrickle - More N'orleans love. Leaving home is basically the root of all his nervous tendencies so I could see him being a different more relaxed person around her. She could like find it really weird when people tell her otherwise.
