Birthdays were so great, okay, especially when they were close to youre boyfriends. Normally, Andie though combined birthday parties were stupid, but this one made sense because her and Ozzie basically had the same friend group and it was just going to be one big Anzzie birthday bash and it was going to just be the greatest thing ever.
It was only a couple weeks into the new school year and Andie actually hated it so bad. Most of her friends had been seniors the year before, so they were all going away to college (most of them at Barrie, but some went farther than walking distance away), leaving Andie practically alone. She still had Grace as a roomie, but she was kind of sad so she didn't want to bother her with her ridiculous Andtics (wait that was a gr8 word she would have to use that from now on). She also had Dan who was on her way to becoming her best bro, replacing Jackson who was now a Barrie freshman, but he spent a lot of his time with his girlfriend and Andie was not going to be a third wheel. She had Stella and other sports friends but eh.
She visited Ozzie as often as she could, but she just simply didn't get to see him as much as she would like to. So this birthday bash was going to be an awesome way to see all her friends again for one night, at least, the ones who could make it. She was almost positive Addie wasn't going to be there, but that was the only wouldn't-be-guest she was really tore up about. It was going to be on the Barrie quad because Baum was no fun, and just ugh everything was going to be so perfect okay.
Besides her obvious birthday present (#winkwonk), Andie had decided to get Ozzie something to remember her by as the days went on. So she shopped online and found ONLY THE MOST PERFECT SWEATSHIRT IN THE ENTIRE HISTORY OF THE UNIVERSE and purchased it with money she saved up. It was now in a under cheap tissue paper in an even cheaper gift bag, awaiting to be opened as soon as Ozzie opened his door. She was just so excited she couldn't even just. GAH. Impatiently, she knocked on Ozzie's door again, wondering what was taking so long. Since it was chilly, she had put on a hoodie, but had neglected to put a shirt under it because she couldn't find one. It was warm in the hallways, and she flailed her arms about to try and cool off. "Ozzziiiieeeeeee," she called, hoping he'd get his ass up and open the door soon.
