...appearance*
"Now ya don't need that money when you look like that, do ya honey?"
hair color Light blonde, a color that really reflects and catches the sun. Delilah usually wears it in her natural, long waves. Take note: Delilah is an über perfectionist about her hair care. She doesn't wash it everyday (because you're NOT supposed to wash it everyday; it strips the natural oils), uses only the best, light, organic shampoos and conditioners, uses a heat protector whenever she happens to style it with heat products, gets a keratin treatment every three months, etc.
Delilah just really likes her hair.
eye color A crisp blue. Delilah's eyes convey her emotions majorly; while she always seems to have a adventurous glean to them, one hardly ever needs to ask how Delilah feels--just look at her eyes!
build Delilah is tall and lithe; she has muscle tone from years of dance, but she's not especially strong and she's not ashamed of this fact. Delilah has no problem asking a "big, strong man" to open a pickle jar for her because 1) she knows they love it, and 2) those things can be hard to open!
height 5' 9"...yeah, she's a bit of a gigantor.
clothing style Delilah is one to stick to her southern roots. A typical outfit usually consists of jeans and/or boots. She doesn't like skirts, because those are constricting, but doesn't mind sundresses with her cowboy boots. Delilah goes for comfort over fashion and her favorite color for clothes is purple.
distinctive traits Definitely her eyes. Delilah has never been a good liar because of them.

personality
"Do you break things when you get mad? Eat a box of chocolates when you're feelin bad? .... Who are you when I'm not lookin?"
NAIVE, TRUSTING
While Delilah isn't stupid, she sure can be a bit naive at times. She's always been one to love and trust someone with all her heart right away and it gets her in trouble quite a bit. It might just be her southern hospitality. Once Delilah says she trusts you, she really does mean it. No matter what rumors may say, she's the kind of gal to approach the source and get the true story. Even though she despises Vivienne now, Delilah would probably still believe her because there's that part of her that trusts what people say because she's usually unable to see the bad. People have pulled the wool over her eyes quite a few times, but Delilah would still trust them with her life, unfortunately.
SASSY
Now, she might seem like a bunch of sugar and glitter, but you can't forget Delilah is a southern girl. While she trusts someone and sees the best, Delilah won't put up with straight up bull. She's not afraid to call it like she sees it or call someone out. Wrong a friend of her's and it's sass master time. Delilah has every bit of an attitude and has definitely frightened people off before. Her personality is big and overpowering; she's outgoing, friendly, fun, sassy and incredibly nice. This seems to make her a bit intimidating and most people are a bit wary of her until they get to know her.
FINICKY
Delilah is wishy-washy to the max. She's never been able to fully make up her mind and while one day she says she loves seafood, the next day she'll swear off anything that lives within fifty miles of the water. It can be annoying to plenty of people and Delilah wishes she could just make up her darn mind. Well, sometimes. Other days she loves the spontaneity of herself. Not only is she a fickle being, Delilah is incredibly forgetful, which is a deadly combination. She forgets where she left the keys, what she had for breakfast that morning, heck, she'll even forget what underwear she put on! Her momma always blamed the fickleness on Delilah's forgetfulness, saying that she always changed her mind because she couldn't remember what she decided on in the first place. Don't be mad if she forgets your name after just meeting you, Delilah can't help it.
past
It would be an understatement to say that Delilah could've grown up a very spoiled child. By the time she was born, her father had already made it big in the country music industry and he was definitely raking in the big bucks; however, Carter and Victoria Punzel were determined to mold their only child into a good person, with a strong work ethic so she wouldn't grow up to be a snooty heiress wannabe. Their house was large and on a moderate amount of land on the outside of Nashville, Tennessee and they had a smattering of neighbors. Delilah had to work for what she wanted and she had a long list of chores that included working in the barn. She was kept away from much of her father's fame for the first ten years of her life, and perhaps that's why she's so humble in front of the cameras today.
Enough of that, though. Delilah's real early years revolve around a boy, and soon after, a girl. Luke Johnson, who had a year on Delilah, lived next door (or, his ranch was next to her ranch). One day, when Delilah was six, he came running over with his older brother to see if "Mr. Luke"'s kid was a boy, 'cause they wanted someone else to play cowboys and indians with. Luke's older brother Dan was sorely disappointed to find a stupid girl fishing off the bank of the pond instead. Delilah, who was with her daddy, struck Luke as quite interesting, so we went to talk to her. From that day on, they were best friends. Delilah loved playing with Luke; they would go swimming and running and hunting and everything together! One time, Luke even pushed some mean older kid when he pulled Delilah's braid in third grade.
They were the best of friends, and then it got better. When she was eleven, Delilah's cousin, Vivienne, moved down the street from Delilah! They best friends right away, and not just because Delilah had to talk to her cousin. Luke accepted Vivienne as well and they became a trio. Delilah loved both of them so much and never thought anything would seperate them.
At fifteen, Delilah decided to make herself known in the music business. She made a demo CD and her father's record label signed her (because of her talent, thank you). Delilah's album caught like wildfire and she found herself propelled into stardom like her father, but remained down-to-earth through it all.
Delilah still continued with school and when she was a high school junior, and Luke a senior, he told her that he had been in love with her since that day on the pond. It definitely took her by surprise (they had both had odifferent signifcant others along the way), but Delilah found that she loved him too. They hit it off in a romantic way this time, and the next two years of Delilah's life were amazing. She never noticed how Vivienne had become bitter...
Luke proposed to delilah when she turned eighteen. It wasn't a question as to what she would say and the media went nuts over the "perfect love story". Delilah and her mother were careful to keep the wedding plans away from the public, but everything changed two months away from the big date. One day, Luke randomly came to Delilah, a bit of a glazed look in his eye, and told her that the wedding was off; he was going to be with Vivienne. Delilah was heartbroken and after throwing a ragefit fit for a country bride, she confronted Vivienne. It was the closest Delilah had ever come to hating someone. Vivienne claimed that Delilah "was ungreatful of someone like luke" and that it was "about time someone knocked you off your high horse". Delilah came thisclose to slapping her before she regained her composure and left.
present
Delilah packed up her bags and left in a whirlwind of tears and fury. She made camp in New York (a place she still hasn't gotten to used to and still despises for the lack of grits) because it was far away from them. She enrolled at Barrie for a major in music and criminal justice, mainly because she wants to know just far she can legally go to get revenge (which is a lie, Delilah couldn't hurt a fly).
In her sophomore year, Delilah released her fifth album entitled "The Road", which was about her heartbreak, anger and where it all took and shaped her. It was highly regarded and Delilah soon after announced that while she would still go on small tours, she wanted to focus on graduating college and on herself. While the paparazzi still follow her, Delilah has managed to convince Barrie that she's a normal person. Little does Delilah know, her life is about to get a whole lot more interresting.
