...personal*
personality Nat is a bit of a tomboy, and extrely strong willed. She loves sports, and dancing, she positively absolutely loves dancing. She hates make-up, besides maybe a little eyeshadow, and isn't afraid to get her hands dirty. Nat always has on bright colors, which goes against her slightly depressed personality.
Nat is not very cheerful or easily angered, but if you mess with her, or her friends, you'll see her real anger. She hates when she is teased, which is pretty often since she's a total dork. She is strong for her size, and has been known to a bit of anger managment problems. She hasn't got the best grades, but she does well enough. People usually descibe her as, 'One of those people that you never know until you meet them, and when you meet them you'll never forget them.'
Sometimes, Nat has a bit too much pride. She hates to be wrong, or have people help her, especially guys. The hole 'Damsel in Distress' thing bugs her. Though, she is often quiet when you first meet her, but after awhile whe she begins to trust you, she really opens up. She is creative, and a bit crazy.
past Nat's family comes from a native american tribe the Só'taa'e in Oklahoma. She was born there, as every member of her family had been in any living memory. She was the youngest child, out of the six children of Nami and Poratro (her parents), and the only girl. She was often shy, and quiet but she loved the culture of the Só'taa'e. It was the only place she felt like she belonged.
Then, when Nat was twelve she had a terrible accident when she was bucked off her horse (Bronze Eagle), and she had to be taken of the reservation, to a more suited hospital. She remembers ever part of her body hurting, she had broken her tailbone, left arm, and right leg, and had caused a LOT of bruising. It took six months, to finish all sergery and leave the hospital. By that time she was thirteen, and the next threes of her life seemed only to be spent in physical therapy.
When she was sixteen, the more painful therapy was done, and she could return home. Nat was thrilled, she missed the ceremonies, the fires and her little house. Then, her parents told her, they weren't going back. They never would go back, and that left Natalie in a phase of shock, then followed by depression. She was in a sorry state for s year, while she and her family lived in Ohio, then they announced they were moving to New York City. It hardly decreased the sadness that she still felt, though the doctors said her depression was cured, but they left.
present Now Nat lives in new York City, and attends Baum Acandemy. She is glad to be away from her family, they so overly cheerful, or just made sure to stay clear of her during her depression. She isn't exactly excited, but it could be worse. She maintains a solid C or D average but it doesn't bother her. She often overlooks school asignments when something pulls back a memory of the reseervation.
Nat is really popular, at all. She can be pretty, when she tries which is like, NEVER, but she has a small group of friends. People often overlook her, but that's just fine with her. She hates being the new girl, who people look at, for she would rather be invisible. She is often found sitting and just doodling or writing in the back of class, or back in her dorm room.

rp sample Natalie sighed as she woke up, the sun streaming down through her windows. Todays was it. It was the last day before her parents shipped her off to boarding school. The Baum Academy or something like that. Anyway, she was glad to get away from her family. She was tired of the twins trying to make her laugh, and most of the others just ignoring her period. Though, she would miss the big window she sat in every night and looked at the stars, though she could see so many less then on the res- no she couldn;t think about that.
She stood up and brushed her dark hair, until not a tangle was left, just to waist time before she would have to exit her sancuary. Then she sighed, not leaving wouldn't help. Her bags were packed, her closet was empty except one outfit, destined to be worn today. She slipped it on, pulling her hair into a messy ponytail, even after brushing it for a solid twenty minutes. Oh well better now then latershe thought to herself leaving her room.
Nat pulled out a haphearted smile as she entered the kitchen, her family looking at her. She swiped a peace of toast of the rich brown counter top and took a bite. Her family semmed to be looking ta her in a way, that was the the norm. Almost pity, but almost a bit smug too. She wanted to growl an insult at her family, feeling as if they were glad she was going. So, Nat frowned, dumped the rest of her uneaten toast in the trash and walked outside, feeling as if it was her last, though she knew it wasn't.
