Rose would never admit allowed that she still listened to The Spice Girls. But it got her in the mood to run, and to have legs like Rose's, you had too work for them dammit. She darted across Central Park, in the zone, wearing her rolled up sweat pants and sports bra, despite the cold weather. Running took her mind off from life, and all it's bullshit. Which was nice. The music pumping in her ears, she pulled out her water bottle and drank swiftly, inhaling deeply. Her copper brown hair was pinned up, out of her face, messily, the short hairs in the front pulled back by a simple head band.
Ignoring some cat calls, she jogged back to her apartment, after an hour or so, all the way up the three flights to her floor. It was probably what could be called terrible timing, that the moment she pulled out one of her ear bud head phones, the sound of wood splintering caught her ears in the apartment next door. Odd, but she had told herself no boys today. Still, she listened, hearing a rich laughter that made her grin. It was nice that they liked each other.
And they could be mature about it. Not like Hiro and Stefano, with their fart jokes. No, Seth and Guillermo could actually be around one another without something stupid going on.
After a moment of arguing with herself, she decided maybe seeing what was up wouldn't be so bad. Opening the door, Rose peered in, hearing a ruckus in the dining room. Stepping in quietly, her former assurance of the boy's maturity deteriorated on the spot. Watching Guillermo blast Seth in the face, she waited for him to be finished as unscrewed her water bottle. Guillermo spoke confidently, not quite seeing her yet. "They may not have had you, but they DID have me."
With that, Rose pointed her bottle at the boys, hosing them down, her face flat of emotion. Having their full attention, she spoke in an icy voice. "Someone mind telling me what brought on this brilliant idea." Her eyes trailed across the room, finding a half empty bottle of tequila, and a partially taken out bottle of Whiskey. "Ah. I see." Of course.
Rose went up to them, her face still blank, before she socked Guillermo in the arm. "Pendejo!" She snapped, before looking down at Seth and giving him a sharp kick. "Idiot!" Her face was no longer blank, but immensely irritated. ""You two... What the FUCK made bleeding out of your FUCKING heads sound appealing?"

Seth wasn't quite sure how he ended up on the floor, as it happened so fast, but he knew he was there. The blows to his face seemed to all line together, Seth not quite aware of which started and which ended, thus losing count until Guillermo stood up, satisfied. "They may not have had you, but they DID have me." Seth grinned, pulling his leg up to bring Guillermo down with him, when they were suddenly doused with cold water.
"What the-" He wiped his face of the pooling blood, which began to release from various points, seeing Rose standing there with her pissed off face on.
Oh.
Well shit.
Seth look looked up at Guillermo, grinning. "Uh oh." Seth was use to Rose's short lived wrath.
"Someone mind telling me what brought on this brilliant idea." Her voice had the facade of calm that years of pretending you had no feelings produced.
"Boredom." Seth shrugged, unashamed.
At least until her eyes found the bottles. Rose didn't mind drinking, so long as things she deemed to be stupid weren't involved. This, unfortunately for the rascally boys, was one of those stupid things. "Ah. I see." Seth sighed, cursing her Father for ruining drunk fun with being a dick.
He watched her get closer, inspecting her finely tuned legs closely as her anger went out on Guillermo first, calling him something in Spanish. He wasn't sure, at least til she translated for his benefit, kicking him in the ribs. "Idiot! You two... What the FUCK made bleeding out of your FUCKING heads sound appealing?"
Seth got up, rubbing his ribs as if that's what hurt most on his body right now. Damn, that guy could hit. "Rose, quit being such a Karen Killjoy. We were just having fun." Seth grumbled, standing up. He smirked a little, the whiskey giving him a little bravery. "Unless you plan on spankings... then I will willingly step up first." He smirked, as if kidding, trying to lighten the mood.

Ice cold water was poured over him and he shook, sending the water shooting around the room. "What the- Uh oh." Seth look looked up at Guillermo with an odd smile, but Guillermo closed his eyes to wipe the water off his face. Rose's voice made him freeze in his motion. "Someone mind telling me what brought on this brilliant idea." Her voice was as icy as the water. "Boredom." Seth shrugged, unashamed. Guillermo figured Rose wouldn't buy that and his suspicion was confirmed as she glanced at the alcohol on the table. "Ah. I see." She then reached out and punched his arm. He grinned widely, hardly feeling a bump, especially after the beating he and Seth were just having. "Pendejo!" She kicked Seth in the ribs. "Idiot! You two... What the FUCK made bleeding out of your FUCKING heads sound appealing?" "Again, boredom. And it just sounded like fun." Guillermo smiled, shrugging happily. Seth humored her by rubbing his ribs in mock pain as he stood. "Rose, quit being such a Karen Killjoy. We were just having fun. Unless you plan on spankings... then I will willingly step up first." He smirked, as if kidding, trying to lighten the mood. He wasn't kidding. Especially with the suggestive glint in his eye that Guillermo was so accustomed to. He rolled his eyes, chuckling, and slapped the back of Seth's head, then ducked playfully behind Rose, using her as a shield. As she stared at Seth, Guillermo made some inappropriate gestures behind her, waggling his eyebrows. He couldn't contain his smile.

The blase temperament that they took this all with did not improve Rose's mood any. Bored. Still boredom. Still, they didn't seem at all angry with each other, despite their bloodied faces. Seth gave her his shit-eating-grin, eyes glittering suggestively. "Rose, quit being such a Karen Killjoy. We were just having fun. Unless you plan on spankings... then I will willingly step up first."
"The likeliest of scenarios..." Rose sniffed, not wanting to be pleased with them yet. Guillermo smacked Seth hard on the back, darting behind her, prompting an eye roll. "You guys are fucking dumb." She muttered, wondering what the thrill of messing your face up was. "If your going to play Fight Club, maybe you shouldn't do it where shit can be broken." She went over to the mess, starting to pick it up frustratedly.
Perhaps she shouldn't be mad. Maybe this was boys being boys. Still, Hiro and Stefano never did this shit. Did that make Hiro and Stefano more mature then Guillermo and Seth? Thinking back to the time Hiro pretended to be a walrus with two Popsicle sticks, she ignored this thought. Definitely not, just more violent.
Gathering the pieces of wood, she scooped the pieces into the trash, figuring it was beyond repair. Sighing, Rose realized Seth was right. She was being a Karen Killjoy.
Ew.

"The likeliest of scenarios..." Can't blame a guy for trying... Rose sniffed, as Seth felt his rivals hand slam into his back. "You guys are fucking dumb." Seth was barely listening to Rose, his eyes on Guillermo and his instigating gestures, to which Seth grinned too. Oh, he wanted war, did he? On, so on. "If your going to play Fight Club, maybe you shouldn't do it where shit can be broken."
Seth looked back at Rose, as she scooped up the shards of wood, realizing she was still there. His anxiety started to heighten, feeling challenged by his rival. Now what? He had to do something. Shrugging, he hoisted Rose up on to his shoulders, ignoring all possible protests as he brought her to the front door. "Listen here, Miss Boss. You are going to get all sexified up... because Guillermo and I are going to take your crabby butt out tonight." Whistling a little, he brought her out to the hallway, reaching in the back pocket of her yoga pants for her keys.
Awesome.
He pulled them out, unlocking her door, and setting her in her foyer. "Non negotiable. Be ready in a half, yeah?" Seth smirked, pulling the door shut, before he yelled through the door. "I have your keys hostage, so don't go faking cramps or some shit."
Victorious, he grinned at Guillermo, competition heavy in his eyes. Oh. It was on.

"The likeliest of scenarios... You guys are fucking dumb." Seth wasn't focusing on Rose's words. He was too busy being provoked by Guillermo. He gave Guillermo a challenging smile. "If your going to play Fight Club, maybe you shouldn't do it where shit can be broken." Seth looked back at Rose, then suddenly swooped her up onto his shoulder. Her complete indignation at this injustice was not heard. "Listen here, Miss Boss. You are going to get all sexified up... because Guillermo and I are going to take your crabby butt out tonight." He whistled whimsically, venturing into the hall. Guillermo followed, watching Seth's hand reaching into the pocket of Rose's pants, pulling out the keys. He set her in the doorway when it had been opened. "Non negotiable. Be ready in a half, yeah?" Seth smirked, pulling the door shut, before he yelled through the door. "I have your keys hostage, so don't go faking cramps or some shit." He grinned smugly at Guillermo. This challenge was getting fun. But he wasn't letting Seth have the last bit of fun. "You know, the fun part about that is, I get to do that when she's not wearing pants," Guillermo whispered, his eyebrows raised suggestively and he walked back into his apartment.
